Great work environment and flexible hours for those that have school or kids. It's great to be part of something where you really feel like you are really making a difference. In my four years working for this company; I have learnt a lot, made great friends, and have been given opportunities to move into different roles in the company. A very rewarding job in more ways than one. .

Applied for a job. Went through 3 separate interviews. Looked promising. They talked about sending me the equipment for the job and would email me the itinerary: meet & greet, training schedule, etc.All appeared to be promising, but they must've changed their mind. No worries. It happens. My complaint is that nobody got back to me to inform me of it.After sending them 2 polite emails, I was completely ignored. Ghosted!Reputable companies show a little integrity and inform the job candidates who they interview whether or not they had been accepted. They do not ignore them. It's common courtesy.After 2 emails and a couple weeks, it seems to me that courtesy is not very common with iMarketing.

Management is unskilled and basically incapable of doing the work required of their position. Expect a hostile working environment and frequent mistakes in your pay that always work out in their favour.

Wonderful people to work with, always fun in the office. You can feel good that you are helping less fortunate and disabled People. Flexible hours, contests, bonuses, potlucks, bbq’s, pizza days and you get paid every week!

Advertised wages are completely false . Your rate of pay is minimum wage and everything else is considered a bonus, which can be taken away for any reason the managers deem fit. Earn the top commission Monday - Wednesday but get sick with the flu on Thursday? Guess what? Attendance bonus"

I have worked for this company for13 yrs. Very fun interesting place to work. Flexible hours to fit any life style. Good benefits, and paid vacation, lots of money to be made. Management is there for their employees.Very relaxed environment to work in.

This place is like coming home. Co workers and management are the best! They are encouraging and appreciative of a job well done. I had to leave for almost 2 years on disability and needed surgeries and rehab after only working there for about 3 months late in 2016. I reapplied in September 2018 and was immediately welcomed back into the “family”. What amazed me was that there were so many people still there after 2 years that I knew. This is not just another call centre job, it can be a career and if you apply your skills you can make good money and in a flexible environment. All I can say is WOW. Thank you Scott, Amber and Byron for giving me this opportunity for a second go round at my age. Makes me feel younger and great everyday. You are the best!

Great environment! I’ve worked here for a while now, and we get paid every week which is a plus. The people are so supportive and willing to help, management is great. The fact that we get to help so many good causes and charities, makes me feel great about the work I’m doing!

Very welcoming and inclusive team feeling to the place, location convenient to virtually any bus route, and very flexible scheduling make this an excellent workplace. Very understanding and accommodating to anyone with disabilities or challenges- many places make that claim, but they've walked the walk for me. An added bonus is that aside from the many opportunities to make extra bonuses for yourself, it's nice to know that every call is helping a greater cause, charities within canada.

i have been employed for about 13 years now and have always found it to be a fair and fun co to work for. all management on all levels are willing to help you and work with you whatever you need salary and bonuses are great. i really have no complaints. i have really enjoyed my job.
