Slowest service ever, completely under staffed. The fries were cold. And there were literally only 4 people in the store! Seems they can't take an order until the first is completed! And if you've been waiting to place your order for 15 minutes and someone arrives in the drive thru, they obviously need to take their order and complete it before even addressing you standing at the counter to be served! You need better service!

So I choose A&W when I am out and hunger hits, so that's why I give 5 food stars for a fast food place--to rate how it compares to what I expected. My Mama Burger was hot and tasted great! And the strawberry smoothie was just sweet enough. New staff slowed down our order and the manager was attentive, keeping us informed about our order. Atmosphere was classic A&W, in good repair, clean, and check out the nice patio!

Love A&W burgers and chicken! Today, however, I decided to try the breakfast in hopes of getting a better quality bacon egg English muffin breakfast sandwich than McDonalds or Tim Hortons. Instead, what I got had virtually no bacon on it (maybe a half slice of very thin, very over cooked bacon) and no flavor whatsoever. I appreciated the freshly cooked egg, but the sandwich was a massive letdown.The small frozen root beer was really tasty and refreshing, but way too small a portion for nearly $4.Would not buy either of these items again.

Wanted to get a Kids burger for my daughter, but accidently stated Jr. Buddy. Store was unable to understand i wanted a kids burger and charged me for a regular buddy burger, when we tried to get it rectified (willing not to get any money back, just fix the burger), the employee and manager" stated they would not take the item back and we needed to pay an extra $3 to get the kids buddy burger. What can I say, all A&W are the same and just seems to be a great choice when I'm craving a good hearty burger. Plus the rootbeer is always a good bonus too. Their onion rings really are the best in town too.

Ordered the Papa burger, with onion rings and classic root beer. Order was ready quickly and spot on. The manager was worried something was wrong when I took some pictures to post.The classic root beer in a frozen glass or root beer float will never get old.Bit of an odd location but hopefully the new look inside and good food will make it a successful business.

What can I say except it's your typical fast food. I have the grandpa burger and it was pretty good ... sometimes it had a bit of gristle so not great. Price was ok for what I got. Not really my go to. Will only go back if there is no other options.

The store was completely dead when I arrived. The employees behind the counter were either slowly pacing or gabbing with each other. Meanwhile, every table and counter was dirty, see picture, that was the cleanest one. Onion rings were abysmal, see picture. Two large clumps of mash which was barely and certainly not evenly seasoned. Owner should have their franchise license pulled for allowing such shoddy behavior, and I'd be terrified to see the back if the front section is so poorly maintained.

71 bucks on food and they forget meals and argue after you tell them they forgot. Bad store, bad management. Wont be back.

This is a brand new A&W. The layout is nice and spacious. I like the idea of the sinks to wash your hands without having to go into the washrooms. The wife and I both love the beyond meat burger and the coffee is one of the best for a fast food restaurant. Location is also good with lots of parking and close to shopping, best buy and a movie theater.
