Napoleon Gas F/P serviced. Recently moved into a home in Shelburne with a Gas F/P. At my Home Inspection, we noticed the Gas F/P had not been cleaned in a very long time, due to the amount of dirt in the bottom compartment. Vacuumed up the dirt, but needed to get it checked and cleaned, for safety, before turning it on. Wanted to support local business, so googled to find HVAC contractor in the area. I was very impressed with all the great reviews posted on Don's Heating and Cooling website. Contacted them and got an appointment very quickly. Geoff was great-- friendly, helpful, thoroughly cleaned and reset my Gas F/P to make it look good as new! I had a lot of questions and concerns about the Gas F/P! Geoff was very informative! Thanks Geoff!! He also did a CO check for me, and checked the gas line to the F/P. I will definitely call Don's Heating and Cooling again in future! Very Happy! EL D.

Can’t say anything but positive things about Don’s.Our hot water tank died on us night before Xmas eve. I contacted Don via their emergency line around 8pm asking what to do and not expecting anyone to rush over replacing the tank over the holidays (everyone deserves to be with family).Don was super helpful and despite staff being off for the holidays they managed to get my tank replaced and installed within reason… awesome service guys and all around great communication with Don and his crew! Really appreciate what they do, Thanks again !

Recently we had Ryan from Don’s Heating and Cooling come to look into a problem with our propane fireplace which was creating a lot of soot when it was used. Ryan identified the problem immediately and fixed the problem. He was great to deal with and was able to answer all my questions. It was quite clear he takes pride in what he does and was very professional. We would not hesitate to request his services for any regular maintenance and repairs.

Bought ac unit from them and salesman guaranteed quick responsive same day service. Called for service and told nothing until next week alternative given was buy service plan but that would take until next week. The receptionist was quite good but avoid this place because they make empty promises.
