My kids and I had a great time at Lush with Emily. Emily was very patient with my little ones and gave us a fun and detailed scientific explanation and demonstration with the bath bomb. My kids always have a fun time going into lush and exploring the colourful bath bombs. She helped the kids pick a bath bomb too. The other associates were also very friendly and patient with my kids even after asking a ton of questions.

Emily is such a sweet heart! She made my lush experience so wonderful! I was able to pick up scrubee, a dirty set, a wonderful gift for my sister, and the limited Mario cola wash. She answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome. Will be back :D

I had a wonderful experience with Francesca today.I went to the shop intentionally to buy a conditioner that my daughter had suggested me to buy. Francesca went out of her way to educate me with a few different options that was better suited for my hair. She took her time and gave me advice instead of pressuring me to buy anything I didn’t want.Definitely coming back!

I had previously purchased angels on bare skin face scrub from Fairview mall which felt really nice on my skin. This time when I got it from Markville, I think it was on their shelves from some time because I didn’t get the same feeling. However dark angels which I got as a sample felt great on skin so that might be a newer sample. My advice would be to watch out for the date when it was prepared and then buy.

I was shopping yesterday in the evening and I meet Maddy who was extremely helpful. Maddy embodies the perfect sales associate. She was upselling and introducing all types of new products to me without being pushy.At cash she even let me know there are bigger bottles to buy. I would definitely come back to the store again to shop with Maddy. She is Amazing!!! What a terrific customer service provided by her.

I had an amazing experience yesterday (BIG thanks to Amir & Hanna) I have not been to Lush in a couple years due to the pandemic and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the exceptional service I received throughout my visit left me feeling truly pampered and revitalized. The staff at lush were not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. Amir took the time to understand my needs and preferences, tailoring his recommendations and treatments to suit my individual requirements.This is a very welcoming and comforting atmosphere.

The BEST lush location! I shop there often with my with my two children who also love coming because the staff are amazing! Hanna, Amir, Emily and Francesca are friendly, passionate, energetic and so knowledgeable. Recently went to one of their skincare events with my 10 year old and left with tons of great products, lots of samples and it was fun too! Highly recommend!

Amir and the entire staff working, made our visit so memorable. My friend, her daughter and I visited this location during March Break and were treated to a hand scrub followed by a body butter of our choosing. Details about the products were thoroughly explained to us and we loved it so much that we bought everything to use at home. The whole experience made me feel special and quite honestly, totally made my day. Amir- you are so good at what you do. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for us. We'll be back next time we're in the neighbourhood.

My last few visits have been amazing! I always go in knowing what I’m looking for in mind, and the employees respect that. They make great conversation about the products I like or make light recommendations on similar products if I wanted to try something new. They’re not pushy if I say no, and every staff I’ve encountered are kind and friendly.
