Excellent selection of footwear, I am a frequent shopper here, both for myself and my daughter.

I had a purchase on a Black Friday sale on the ugg boots and I wanted to exchange for a different color the next day. However when I got to the store, the manager said he could only exchange for a different size but not a different color honouring the sale, even when the receipt says and Quote: “90 DAYS EXCHANGE”I feel this is really unacceptable especially when it’s the same brand, same boot and they can’t even honour the Black Friday sale. I never had such a bad experience with a purchase and exchange from any other stores.Ridiculous and unacceptable customer service especially from one of the Assistant Managers “Jody Macqueen” at the Mayflower Mall location. She was so rude.Me, my family or my friends would never go back to this store or any other Sofmac locations ever again! Such a horrible service!

Located inside the Mayflower Mall main building, near the food court entrance. Large store, well stocked and very clean. Friendly staff and good prices. Busy place most days

Rude.Employee picked up return boots, and said they were worn outside and refused. The boot was a display, wore instore. So the employee pretty much called my spouse a liar. No other options, a screw off" with an empty store. Customer service a lot different when buying. "OH any problems just return". We will be back. I want the employee in insinuate my wife is a liar again.Won't be purchasing from here again."

Very busy, 2/3 of the pairs if shoes I wanted to try on they did not have my size and ended up ordering online.

Rude staff. They wouldn't exchange my footwear and they were snarky about it, so I got a refund. Luckily, Boathouse was able to help me out.

I’ve never had a more worse experience at a store than I’ve had at Softmoc at mayflower mall. The management is very poor who do not know how to run a store nor to give good customer service. I’ve never received any more rude customer service than I’ve had from Anne Marie McLean!I tried returning a pair of shoes and she refused me with no reason or explanation at all. She turned me away and continued to help someone else.Ridiculous!

My daughter went to this location yesterdayJan 4th . She called to tell me , the service she received at this location in Sydney mayflower mall, from a mature very rude lady .My daughter asked if she could return her boot she got from Christmas and she was refused. With no explanation , my daughter asked why.As her sister returned boots the other day from the same location. The woman proceeded to tell her “ well I wasn’t here was I” !She called security on my daughter , The security told her she cannot come in to soft mock anymore. The security told her they’ve been having problems with this employee over the past while.My question is do soft Mark why is this woman still working there? Unbelievable

Excellent service, friendly staff, seamless transaction! Shoes were in stock and were exactly what I was shopping for!
