This time, I actually dealt with Kay-Lyn who knew what she was doing. Finally out of 4 packages entrusted to FedEx Staple depot, one got there on time. Huge shout out to Kay-Lyn at the FedEx depot at Staples Dorval and North Service Road location!! You are a super star!!Thank you for knowing how to work the FedEx side of the business!!

This is honestly the absolute worst FedEx drop off location. They are so busy doing copies for Staples customers that you wait around for hours just to throw something in the courier. Save yourself some time and go to another location

I came to send documents and received the worst possible service.The person who attended me first asked me to wait in line, when I was the only one ..! Despite everything being typed, she then had everything wrong from my name ( she invented one) to the destination address ( wrong zip code, missing info). When I asked for corrections it became worse and she started to argue. That was surreal! I just want to send something express, pay for it and leave. Why is it so difficult?

Customer service at the FedEx/UPS counter is ridiculously slow! I arrived as 3rd person in line and after 15 minutes I was still the 3rd person in line. Is there a way to prevent FedEx from dropping my package off after only one attempt for home delivery??

Excellent service inside Staples. Everything is online/electronic. No papers to fill out. They do everything for you. Lovely staff too.
