Excellent in both service and ability. I've been using John for years now for both repair and purchase of TV's outright, and each time I have found him to be hard-working, exceptionally honest and great value. Looking through his reviews, they are awesome for a reason- and if someone left a negative review, they either wanted something for nothing or were unclear with him or themselves about their expectations or reality. Refreshingly, if John can't get parts or a product is not worth realistically worth repair, he will TELL YOU HONESTLY which is way better that broken promises , inflated costs or weeks of delay, and I respect him for that. I've been to John repeatedly and will continue to do so, and am happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Honest, Fair, and a Great Price ... what more could you want?John is very polite and friendly, and will go out of his way to try and accommodate your schedule. Dropped my shorted out DVR Security unit Monday and he had it fixed by Tuesday at a very reasonable repair fee.I never felt as if I was getting a sale pitch or fed a line, but rather a true honest option on the issue.While his shop is small and may appear crowded and messy with repaired items, if you look long enough you will see that he has many years of experience repairing and fixing a wide range of items, to many happy customers over the years ... brings back many childhood memories to a time when people actually fixed things locally .This definitely a great little gem of a find, and I will definitely be back as a customer the next time something breaks or is out of warranty, as chances are John can fix it much cheaper then throwing it away and buying a new one.

John was absolutely fabulous when both our HDMI ports stopped working on our LG lcd tv. We thought we were going to have to replace our tv but instead he fixed it in one day at a very reasonable price. Thanks, John!!
