China Visa Canada Service was great to work with. They are helpful, well organized and very punctual. Rachel Lin took time to explain the visa application process, provided very clear directions on information required, pre-reviewed my application for completeness and tracked its routing through the consulate and courier. I have been to China 5 times in the last 10 years and I have been using Chinese Visa Canada Service for every visa I needed. They have outstanding customer service and are very helpful. Rachel provided valuable feedback and support with the visas I just received for my wife, daughter and myself. They went through my applications and let me know what I was missing. Their response time is very fast. I live in Edmonton and even though there is a Chinese Consulate in Calgary it is much easier and cheaper to send everything to them. Not only is it cheaper, they are experts and review everything before they send it to the Consulate. Their expertise and review make the process worry free and save me from going to the consulate. I will use them again in the future as they make things easy and worry free.

Rachel Lin is TOTALLY AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure I had my visa right on time. There is no embassy in Winnipeg and I was scared of having my passport go somewhere else, but she made me feel so comfortable. And the costs were worth it compared to the service you receive. Excellent service, even during a global pandemic! I dealt with Cherry, she was great. She really took an intimidating process (getting documents authenticated by the Chinese consulate) and made it simple. They also have better pricing than other companies I received quotes from.

Absolutely amazing personalized efficient service, really beats travelling to a visa center somewhere and standing in a line up. Form completion and submission of important information can be confusing and time consuming. The representative that assisted me (Rachel Lin) was very professional, helpful and reassuring. My experience with China Visa Canada Service was wonderful. My application was slightly complicated, and I had originally started my application through another agency that was not particularly helpful. In contrast, Rachel Lin, with CVCS, was incredibly prompt, informative and helpful.
