Kim Santerre - These people are great the Admin is the best. If L charged you $50 for missing an appointment or cutoff...well....do not miss it. The Admin L is never rude and is always pleasant. If she was sharp with you it is very likely you were acting like a child. I always find it funny how the people that make the most noise always blame a negative experience on everyone else. It takes 2 people to interact and one of those 2 does not get paid to put up with child like bullsht.

Excellent experience every time. The receptionist are wonderful. The dental assistants are equally so. Dr Samantha Brenton is super kind. I’m a giant baby and hate going to the dentist more than anything on earth. The dr has always been very patient with me. The whole place is wonderful and if you have to go to a dentist, you couldn’t ask for better. Easy 5 star!!

Secretary is very rude...I gave enough notice due to sickness during covid times. She charged me $50 for short cancellation fee which was not true. Called her to dicuss and she could not even tell me when or what time I cancelled on. Not impressed at all as I have medical conditions that I can't control. He needs to talk to his secretary about being rude and short with there clients. 0/10

If there is a perfect dental appointment this is it.. respectful, professional, friendly.. everyone from reception, dentist, hygienist.. gladly recommend this dental office.
