Ohana Care

My father was in a car accident, he was not at fault and he's 87. He was living on his own and doing well prior to the accident that changed our world. Prior to being placed into Assisted Living I reached out to Ohana Care for advice, guidance and input into home care. The staff was completely empathetic to our situation and offered so many services to assist my father in staying in the home. Unfortunately he had to move onto a facility that provided 24 hour medical care however the staff at Ohana provided so much direction and comfort we were able to make the right decisions at the right time. I highly recommend Ohana services to ensure your loved ones are able to stay in their homes and know their needs are taken care of so time you spend with them is quality time

I am pretty sure they have a good service once you can book an appointment, but for three days I couldn't make the appointment.From sending an email, to making several calls they answered the phone once, sent me an email with a document locked with a code which I couldn't open, I phoned again but no answer. that's when I gave up and found another foot care in town, after that they phoned me back but I already had an appointment booked somewhere else.I'm just writing this review so you can improve in that area. The other business answered the phone right away and took me 5 mins to make an appointment. Good luck

Spoke to an admin employee called Melissa on the phone. She was very rude during the conversation and hung up on me mid sentence.

Ohana Care is such a wonderful Company full of staff that really care about what they do and go the extra mile everyday. I've had the pleasure of seeing Trish at the Salon at Evanston Summit Retirement Residence and she is amazing at what she does. Not only is she very talented she also has a special bond with all the residents that come in to see her. Thank you Ohana Care for making a difference in Seniors lives, it's truly a pleasure to work with you.

On behalf of both my parents age 92 and 90 I would like to share our gratitude and why we would recommend Ohana Care Calgary. My dad lived on his own and was reluctant to have someone provide foot care for him. After one visit from Ohana Care, he was so relieved and grateful. He continued having regular appointments until his passing. My mom lives in extended care with dementia but also has healthy feet from the care given to them by Ohana Care. The care of seniors feet is essential and helps them to stay healthy and comfortable. We recommend Ohana Care for their compassion and care of our seniors.
