Good place very clean

I ordered my strawberries in February for earliest delivery possible, which they said was April. They kept delaying the order, then added another $19 charge, supposedly an extra delivery charge. The delivery has now been delayed, and I find out they sent strawberries by ground shipping from Quebec to BC, so they will take a week to arrive. Merci beaucoup ;/

Plants shipped as expected, and arrive promptly. The plants were bare root, so you're not getting anything that's magazine worthy (at least not before a few weeks in the ground), but that was expected. Main suggestion is to show the expected delivery date on the online order so those who purchase them in advance (I ordered in September for April), will have a place to reference the expected delivery date.

Je ne pourrais pas être plus contente de ma commande! Mes plants sont magnifiques et même si ils se sont fait brassé un peu dans la poste, ils ont l'air en pleine forme. Je ne sais pas si c'est une erreur, mais j'avais même 2 camerisiers de plus. Vous pouvez être sur que je vais vous recommander a mes amis jardiniers!

I ordered 50 bareroot raspberry canes and every single one of them has leafed out. They were delivered close to my desired date. Good pricing for bareroot. Overall, I'm very impressed. I will certainly be ordering more plants for next season.

Having never ordered plants out of province before, I placed a small order - the size of order where I know it was barely worth their time to spend time answering questions - but they provided great service and communication. The plants arrived on schedule and were excellent quality with great root systems. There was an error with the quantity but it was resolved almost immediately, again with friendly and helpful customer service. I believe that the signs of a good company are not only quality of product, but also quality of customer service, and how they deal with a small customer when there is a problem. Top rating on all of these things. Thank you.
