Horrible clinic. For the last few days I’ve been trying to see a doctor, but they turn me away and say; “We’re full and can’t take no one else.” which yes, there is a lot of people but they have been sitting there for hours waiting to be seen. Horrible doctors don’t do their jobs right. Same with reception, so unprofessional. I recommend not visiting them at all.

I have gone here a few times and they're always quick to get you in, highly recommend

Looked up this clinic again as I do need to do a quick walk-in and I personally think they don’t deserve the reviews they get. The last few times I’ve visited a few years ago, reception was awful. They let other people who came after me to go in first, and then when I finally met with the doctor, he turned me away and wouldn’t treat me cause apparently I didn’t diagnosed myself right as I told the receptionist my condition. This happened twice. It was Dr. Mekhail who saw me on both accounts. Don’t go them at all, terrible place overall.

Worst doctors office ever. Went to walk in they sent me to the lab. Told me 3 to 5 days they would call me. I started calling on the 5th day. They never respond to messages or answer the phone. When I went in person they just told me I would have to go to the lab again. No idea how they are allowed to be open.

Dr Sidra-Gerges is my doctor and his kind and caring manner puts patients at ease he is very knowledgeable and calm I would recommend him to allSometimes I find the front desk are not very discreet with patients information but other than that no complaints

Came in with cold symptoms, I was responsible and took a covid test first which came back negative. They didn't believe me, and forced me to stand outside for 20 minutes in Winnipeg winter weather and administer my own covid test again (in a parking lot...), which was negative. The cold air only made my symptoms worse. Doctor was pleasant, but they charged me $25 for a sick note after a 5 minute examination. Difficult to recommend.

Dr Sidra Gerges is by FAR the best Doctor I have ever had. Such a friendly, knowledgeable and caring Doctor. I highly recommend.

Absolutely horrendous service. I genuinely don't understand how the front desk keep their jobs. We googled their hours and showed up as walk-ins shortly after 9 (when they're open) only to find a conveniently placed message on the door that the doctor wouldn't be in til 10. Unfortunate, but we had no problems waiting considering the distance it took to get there during winter. The front desk however were dismissive, claiming that we couldn't wait due to covid. Meanwhile, we're all vaccinated, on the polar opposite side of the room, and they're UNMASKED the whole time. After I asked if there's any place we could wait in the meantime, and as if it was UNFATHOMABLE that people could be new to the city and not know there area, she snapped back telling us to go somewhere else. What's worse is she asked as if to blame did you phone us this morning?" all the while I'm thinking 'If I called this morning

Some of the nicest, caring doctors & staff I’ve ever met. They’re the next best thing if not on par with family doctor. If I can’t get in to see them.If you can see Dr. Sidra-Gerges. She’s amazing.

The staff is excellent; always friendly and professional. They run a tight ship with respect to appointment times. I have always been escorted into the exam room at my appointment time and never kept waiting for than a minute or two. Dr. Sidra is a great doctor. The quality of care is excellent. Highly recommended.
