Our family of 4 booked an appointment to get fitted for snowboard boots, bindings and boards. The staff and Alex took their time to fit all our boots, position our bindings to our liking and even provided us with boards that were BRAND NEW!The level of care we received from the staff and Alex was beyond anything you could ever receive from the rental stores at the snow fields!Alex even made sure my children were comfortable with their boards and comforted them to ensure if anything needed to be changed (such as their shoes becoming too small), we could come back anytime to change it.If you enjoy having your equipment with you during the season and not having to rent it at the snow fields, PLEASE VISIT THIS STORE!Thank you Alex and your team for the wonderful customer service and for the great quality equipment!

Our group rented few gravel bikes for the Canada day long weekend. Look pedals, locks, helmets, bike kits, garmin GPS mounts, shorter seat post and anything else we asked for the answer was always no issues".Service was top notch and bikes performed very well. The mechanic (Bonis?) helped with adjustments when picking up and is both super friendly and knowledgeable.Those guys are pros!!"

I called Exclusive Sport Rentals to rent a trailer to take my two ATV’s from Nobleton to Muskoka and return the trailer two days later. They were helpful on the phone and easily took my booking. When I arrived the next day, the booking was already printed and waiting for me. The team was really well organized. These guys have a 4.9 rating out of hundreds and hundreds of reviews for a reason… they’re great.I have a Tesla Model X which is a great tow vehicle but requires a little extra attention to hook up. The team were under the back bumper for me to make sure it was all connected appropriately and amazingly helpful.The trailer was perfect and I thought the service was exceptional. There may be other places to rent a trailer - but the service here made them an immediate favourite. Polite - it was hot, they even brought out a couple of waters for us.This will be our “go to” place from now on for any trailering rental needs. Knowledgeable, competitive and helpful. I give them full marks. A+++

I got a bike rack and roof box here Alex, the owner and his employees, especially deep. Were extremely helpful. He even offered after sales service and gave me and my girlfriend a bottle of wine. He will take care of you here.

I was very nervous about renting bikes for riding event but Alex @ Exclusive Sport Rentals, assured me that all would be good. We received the bikes when promised, bikes were great, no mechanical issues, and bike were picked up when promised. The entire experience was positive and could not have asked it to be better. Alex and the team were very patient and very helpful. They were accommodating even with last-minute rentals and went out of their way to make sure I had a bike that was safe and suitable for me. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions I wasn't sure of. I would gladly come back to rent other equipment.

Don't take the risk! Canada's wilderness is too wild for the amateur gear this place rents out. We rented sleeping bags for an Arctic trip, that employees said were good to well below zero and in fact were so inadequate they put us in danger. Maybe it's fine for golf clubs, but you'd be mad to get camping gear from here!

Fantastic service! I required 13 sets of clubs for a tournament in Hamilton. Exclusive Sport Rentals was quick to reply with concerns, flexible, and allowed me to modify my order up until the day of while honouring their pricing/not overcharging me. They delivered and picked up the clubs on schedule, and there was no issues along the way! Fantastic service for rental clubs that I will use again in the future.
