Best Starbucks in Victoria area, staff is friendly, they have lots of seats and a heated outdoor area. Can get busy during peak times and parking could get full.

Worst Frappuccino I've ever ordered. Tastes like it's been watered down.... not skilping the fact this is how I got the drink after they had filled the entire top portion with whipped cream. When I pointed out that I ordered it with no whip and after she confirmed my order before handing me the drink which I fact did have whipped cream. She took the drink back... removed the top... scooped the whipped cream off... put the top back on and handed me the drink. Great service..... it straight up goes with the random hours you're open... post that you're open til 830pm.... drive by at 5pm.... closed.

I walked to this Starbucks from Red Lion Inn (8 mins) to find out it was temporarily Drive Thru only service due to “short staff”. Pandemic is still affecting businesses. Staff was nice and told me there’s another Starbucks location by the Toys R Us behind Mayfair Mall (another 8 mins walk).

I find starbucks a great place to go when someone gives you a starbucks gift card for christmas that's still in your wallet. Don't get the coffee though, get the egg bites with bacon.

This is always one of my first stops when I'm either heading out of town or going to Langford or the Westshore. Grab a mocha and banana bread for the road. The drive thru is always fast, and they almost always make my drink correctly, and the consistency is always appreciated. The staff is always super friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. This store also seems very well organized, runs really well, and looks very clean inside. Thank you.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've come across. I visit (soon to be used to) this store frequently and they make the order wrong at least once every 4 orders. That is an appalling rate. This afternoon they again messed up the order. The label read it right but they made the drink wrong. I also didn't get any response if you say Hi or Thanks. That's rude. I'm a person of color so I don't know if its biased or that's how they are. If you are not comfortable dealing with public why take a public facing job? People come to coffee shop to charge up and not for this. They also have the drive through closed almost always.
