Everything in the store is gluten free and all the things I've tried were both delicious and fresh. It's a little pricey, but not horribly so. The coffee is pretty awful, though, so just avoid that.

Worth coming to Montreal to find this gluten-free dairy-free bakery and enjoy them in the adjacent park with people strumming music and strolling by. Croissants, pain au chocolat, empanadas, tarts. There’s probably plenty of calories in there, so enjoy your walk! They also have some nice crusty loaves of bread and fresh made pizzas ready to bake. Yum.

Great spot for gluten-free baked goods. I had one unfortunate incident where I went in to buy bread but the owner said they only have their 1-day old ones left. No problem to me so I went and got that. When I was home and tried the bread it was clear that it wasn’t just one day old, very stale and the piece I bit off had mold on it. I had to throw away the whole thing. It’s a shame because it’s a pretty far trip for me to get there and has always been a destination. I still go there for an occasional croissant but holding off the bread since then…

Chef was very responsive when I asked if some items were nut free for my son as well. All of items we purchased were delicious. my daughter who is not gluten free by choice was amazed how great the pastry tasted. She could not believe it was gluten free.

This is some of the best gluten free pastries I’ve ever had I cannot believe they are safe for me to eat. Like some others I have had experiences with one of the two men running the place and while one is a little less friendly the food more then makes up for it. Although I honestly do wonder how much more money/stores/distribution options would be available to them if they were easier to communicate with.

Absolutely delicious gluten free pastries. The empanadas are the best I’ve ever had - gluten or not. Only in Montreal for 3 days, went twice. Liked it more than the gluten free bakery in Old Town— but that one is also worth the visit.

I wish every bakery make their none gluten free pastry as well as PSG! Not only does it not taste like gluten free, it tastes better than a lot of the regular pastries I’ve tried. We’re here for the holiday from NY, and have been trying gluten free bakery around Montreal, this is honestly the best one I’ve tried even tho it doesn’t have as many review as the other. My favorite is that they offer great savory options on top of the usually sweet desserts. It’s so easy to find sweet gluten free desserts, but savory item is hard to find even in different part of the world! The chicken pizza turnover is so so so good, so meaty, the dense but flakey crust, saucy, we didn’t even need to heat it up the day after and it still taste delicious! Strawberry cream pastry is phenomenal too!! Kind of wish I live in Montreal so I can visit more often, especially they have new items even just in 2 days! (Yes I came back after 2 days because it’s that good)Service could be a little bit better, but it’s so so so worth it!

Good products, and huge empanadas (Seriously - they are massive). Croissants are the best option here.We had croissants, pain au chocolat, empanadas (spinach & potato, Chicken & pizza sauce). By far the croissants are the lightest (the least butter) and better options. Empanadas fillings were not great, but they are fine. They are so big its hard to finish one by yourself. Pain au chocolat is ok - and heavy on the stomach.Great to see a full bakery dedicated to gluten free! Amazing work.
