The Canadian safety source team is very responsive to emails, not so much on answering the phone but they can be busy during the day. Canadian safety source even went as far as importing an item (optics of late from EGW from the USA for me that isn’t typically found in Canada. Will do more shopping with Canadian safety source

I’d like to apologize to this company. I read the reviews online and thought I was being scammed but not at all. I received my purchase within 3 business days and everything was correct. All these bad reviews I believe are people that are just complaining for no reason at all. I would highly recommend to purchase from this company. A1 service

I was looking to buy a glock connector but there is not much source I can find in Canada. It is great that they offer a lot of choices. Ordered a glock connector and they shipped a ruger SR connector and I tried to install and not fit for glock. Fortunately seems not breaking the glock parts. At the end they allowed me to return the wrong part and switch with no cost on my end. I mean who doesn't make mistakes, I still recommand this store, good value.

Would like to start off with the fact that due to previous reviews I was hesitant to place an online order, however I am happy I did. After a few days of not hearing anything after the immediate confirmation of purchase email, I sent an email (like suggested on website) simply asking for an ETA on when shipment would go out. Received an immediate reply from Daniel Sawler that it had been shipped a couple days prior and to check my junk mail… of course shipment email was in there. Only thing I will say is that Canada Post never did email with tracking number, which would be out of sellers control. Item was in stock, received items promptly (4 business days to Ontario) and as described. Definitely not a “scam site” as some people have said but maybe had some hiccups in past. Thanks CSS!
