Wow! Je vous recommande sans hésitation cette entreprise pour le nettoyage et les soins esthétiques de votre véhicule! Notre véhicule était très sale et maintenant il a l'air neuf! Plus de tâches, plus d'odeur, nos tissus ont retrouvés leur couleur et tout shine! J'ai grandement apprécié la minutie dont ils ont fait preuve. Ils ont travaillé fort! Ils sont aussi hyper sympathiques et offrent un service à la clientèle de qualité. Je dois également préciser avoir adoré le service d'entretien à domicile! Très pratique! Merci infiniment! On se revoit bientôt!

I was not satisfied with the cleaning. Paid extra $30 to get the discoloration from the headlights and did not see much improvement. If you buy the Groupon be careful of the extra charges and time it takes...they go out of their way to charge you extra. Not impressed. In summary, not worth the money for the cleaning!

Arrivée à mon rv à l'heure. Le garage était fermé, n'avait plus d'enseigne. Personne au numéro à joindre non plus. Ai du appeler Groupon et demander un remboursement.La proprio m'a rappelé 30 min plus tard et m'a dit d'une voix ensommeillée : Ouin, mon technicien était en retard à matin. Il va vous rappeler plus tard.Rien de plus pour m'avoir fait perdre mon temps comme faut à vider le char pour rien et avoir démonter tous les sièges des enfants, m'être rendue sur place, avoir pris congé...

I took the chance to read previously written reviews by client and I found it sad the client that are trying to knock a good man down. Obviously I enjoyed my experience from top to bottom as my car was taking care of like his own. The owner was a delight and when well over my expectation of a prestigious auto shop. Brand new environment where you feel he put his heart and soul into the shop and will take care of you. I dont know the man but the time spent detailing my car I can see that his business is legit.. FÉLICITATION recommended to all newcomers

I would give ZERO stars if I could for this Disgusting service!I purchased a Groupon for Prestige Vapauto for $109. I booked an appointment through them (on the phone) for the 15th of May at 2 pm, however, they sent me a text message asking me if I would prefer to postpone it due to the rain, and I agreed. So we confirmed the 21st of May to be the new appointment date. On the 21st of May, they told me on text message that they’re too busy and can’t complete the service so again, they postponed it. This time, to the 30th of May at 3 pm. As I am on my way there, I called for some assistance on the exact location of their garage, and to my surprise, they tell me that it is impossible that I have an appointment because they are CLOSED ON THAT DAY and that it is “impossible” to have an appointment on this day, when i have a text message of the confirmation for this date. I am greatly disappointed and frustrated from this poor, unorganized and embarrassing customer service. They did not at all acknowledge me as a customer or treat me as one, all they told me on the phone was “it is impossible today because we closed” and they didn’t even have the curtosy to make it up by offering me something to add to my car wash, all they did was tell me they can give me an appointment a month later! It is very clear that as a Groupon customer, I am put to the side and treated so poorly. They even told me they’ll give me a call back after checking the texts they sent me and their confirmation; but they never did. I refunded the groupon right away, also, I do not recommend to anyone to go to this company for any of their auto cleaning needs.Please don’t reply to my comment saying this is “for the sake of satisfying themselves” if you had the same customer service from another company as yours you would be one of the the people writing honest reviews and as you say “satisfy themselves”

Très bonne endroit pour faire nettoyer son véhicule . Nous avons pris le lavage complet pour notre auto et quand nous sommes revenu tout était éclatant de propreté! Même que l’homme qui a laver la voiture continuait à faire des petites retouches jusqu’à la dernière minute ... 2 heures pour laver le véhicule mais pendant ce temps il y a un très bon restaurant à à peine 2 coin de rue ou en été dès banc au bord de l’eau . C’est ce qu’ont appelle joindre l’utile à l’agréable !

Je n’avais jamais fait affaire avec une compagnie d’esthétique à la vapeur avant cette compagnie, Prestige VapAuto.J’ai fait faire le nettoyage complet à deux reprises et je suis très satisfaite du résultat malgré mes exigences, le propriétaire a bien respecté mes demandes.Prochaine étape pour moi ça va être un nettoyage complet et un traitement à la nano céramique, j’ai bien hâte de voir le résultat.Il faut l’essayer pour l’adopter. :)
