Kayben recently did a major residential project for us (new front steps, retaining walls, front yard patio, driveway and sidewalk) and we were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Unlike some contractors we approached for a quote, who barely bothered to look at our property or provide us with design options, Kayben carefully walked us through every step of the project. Claude provided us with a detailed initial design proposal and worked with us patiently on tweaks to that design until we knew we exactly what we wanted and what we'd be getting.As production manager, Nick then took over and patiently helped us pick out the exact paving stones we wanted. Nick responded promptly to any concerns we had as the process evolved and was consistently friendly and helpful. Al and his construction team were thoroughly professional and polite as they brought Claude and Nick's vision to life. They said the entire project would take a total of three weeks and they were true to their word. We are delighted with the results and will happily recommend Kayben to friends, neighbours and others who are considering similar projects.

Kayben Landscaping recently completed a landscaping project for us, including a rock garden, new trees and mulch. What a great experience!!!From the quoting and consultation on the design through making decisions on the materials and the actual completion of the work itself the experience has exceeded expectations. Over the years we have lived in multiple cities in the USA and Canada always having something done in the house or in the yard. Kayben has by far been the best contractor experience we have ever had. It was great to work with Nick as we finalized and made adjustments to the project . As it got underway it was evident the crew enjoyed and took pride in their work. I can't say enough good things about Al and his crew. From the quality of the work and attention to detail from beginning to end. Both Nick and Al made us feel so comfortable in asking questions and kept up informed the whole way through. Everything with Kayben was Beyond Expectations!!!

Dealing with Kayben from start to finish was the best experience we've ever had when contracting out work. Claude was out to consult and draw up plans quickly. He listened, gave advice, shared his expertise and continued to follow up until we had exactly what we wanted.Over to Nick and his team to get the work done. Working with Kayben was amazing from start to finish. Claude came out to quote and provided a timely and accurate estimate. From that point, Nick was our on site project coordinator and he answered all questions, took the time to come out, discuss revisions and best options multiple times throughout the process. Once we had a start date booked, they came and completed the work in such a professional manner. The final product is incredible. We would recommend Kayben Landscaping to anyone who is looking to complete a landscape project!
