Excellent service! Needed a fire door after one in our building was destroyed and not only was it measured within 24 hrs they had one in stock and installed with all necessary fittings within 3 days, and a fantastic price!Would recommend Overhead to anybody!

My wife and I went to the showroom today with the intent of getting a quote for a new garage door. After about 10 minutes in the empty showroom the receptionist finally asked if we needed help. I stated we wanted to get a new garage door. She said someone would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later we walked out. I guess they were just too busy for a sale. I WAS a returning customer.

Needed a part for my 1994 garage opener and they actually had it in stock! Even better, that part fixed my problem in order to make my garage door work. Great service 5 stars for sure!

Been using overhead door Peterborough for 30 years.Bought 3 doors from them.Bill Clark is a pro, called by next day from what I told him over phone, had 3 options with quotes emailed.Called to say go ahead, think he came same day. Definitely 10 out of 10 on his part.Bill also booked install about a month later.Installer ROY been with company 30 years, and it showed, very pleasant and done 1st class job.10 out of 10 for Roy.The new owners must some fat cats, close at 4:30 at 4:25 can’t take payment over phone ok it was a Friday, call Monday gave them time to have a few coffees, called again can’t find me, said try and find invoice number, I did and called back, all he could say is Bill is here but in a meeting.I said buddy you must have something on me we agree Bill sold it Bill booked the install Roy did a great job, you took a $2000 deposit , I dGave you the invoice number, lmao he took the payment.All I can say is They loose Bill and Roy that ship is going down.

I purchased a new build home and was directed to overhead garage door as the vendor.I received the quote for the door of $300 and offered to pay at that time however was denied by the company. I was contacted again a few months later when the door/opener was being ordered and was advised the door had doubled in price. When I asked if they would honour the original price I was quoted and had received a bill for, I was told “sweetheart I would be out of business if I did that”.I was very disappointed with the lack of communication pertaining to the cost increase. I do understand that the economy and increases have been hard on everyone, however I don’t think that should have effected the lack of professionalism and demeanour by the company.I contacted them a few months later, as my garage door on not level, and snow was blowing inside. I was advised by the receptionist that my floor must not be levelled and that no one would come look at it. I took a 10 foot level and confirmed that the flooring was perfectly level and that the issue still remains with the garage door.To this day overhead garage door has no interest in rectifying their mistake.I would not recommend using this company,

Very pleased. Even during COVID-19, we had a garage door opener replaced within two weeks. The workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company to replace garage doors (previous home) and repair a door at my current home and am 100% happy with both transactions. Out of the local companies who did estimates, Overhead was by far the best priced while still maintaining optimal quality. The curb appeal their doors created ensured we had top dollar for our home when we sold.At our new house this winter, the garage door malfunctioned due to the extreme cold. Overhead was able to send someone out in a timely manner to quickly fix the problem. I would happily surprised they didn't charge an arm and a leg to do so.I would 100% use this company in the future for repairs or to replace my garage doors.

Young Dan Reynolds did an amazing job of installing the door yesterday, please pass on to his supervisor we were very happy with his professionalism. Also Paul in sales was excellent in understanding our wants and needs. Pricing was competitive and delivery very timely. Great experience all around!!

Contacted these people twice. Can't even get someone to come out. Possibly a new door and weather stripping but keeps making suggestions on what 'I' can do. Well, I have a suggestion on what they can do. Sure don't want a job too bad.

We have two door openers that both failed at the same time. I called Overhead and spoke to Peter, the Service Manager. He was very professional, asking a number of questions, while recording the answers on his computer. He advised that they were a little backed up, but would call back with a date for the technician to come and take a look. True to his word, he did, and a date was set. Paul was the technician that came. He was a real pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and patient with my many questions. The result was a new opener would be required, as the circuit board had blown, but the other one could be repaired. They had us back up and running in a week. Both Peter and Paul represent Overhead Door very well, and I would highly recommend this company. They are very dependable.
