Had the most amazing experience with Michelle & Riley today. They did a wonderful job styling me for my date tonight. Loved the new collection and the store was so clean and tidy walking in. Will definitely be returning!

I arrived an hour and a half before closing. Spent an hour with my daughter looking for clothes for her to try on carrying them on my shoulder. Got to the fitting room only to be told they close them an hour early and you can try only 6 anyways. I was furious. Empty store, 5 associates and nobody bothered to tell me we can't try on clothes! Manager came to repeat the same thing and say absolutely no to using the fitting room. I said I would buy all of the clothes then. At the cash register the manager continued to refer to their policy and how they don't inform people their fitting rooms are closed. At that point I informed her that I don't know about their policy because I don't shop there and shouldn't have to find out about it on the fitting room door after carrying clothes on my shoulders for an hour. Will not return to this store again.

Never a dull moment, I was shopping at our local Ardene’s today with my daughter, Lovely staff throughout, they were so helpful, there to answer any questions she had and helped us find everything we needed. While shopping we had the privilege of watching the staff conduct themselves in such a professional manner, while dealing with an unfortunate circumstance.A woman in her mid 40’s decided she should shoplift. The Manager and frontline line girls professionally conducted themselves and dealt with the situation at hand. It all happened so fast. Anyone thinking about stealing from this store should think twice. These women will catch you. They are quick and might as well have eyes on the back of their heads lol. Great experience overall, will definitely be going back soon to check out the cute summer clothes they had. We ran out of time today, unfortunately.

Went there with my husband during afternoon hours on a weekday to avoid the evening rush. Spent half an hour to pick some clothes I liked and went on to try them only to be told all the fitting rooms are closed as their staff called in sick. I understand the situation but the manager was extremely rude (almost angry) to be shopping there and asked me to leave the clothes on the counter. We left immediately only to hear her complain to another staff member of where I left the clothes. Such a shame because as a planned to spend some money today. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.

HelloI have been going to the Georgetown mall Ardene ( 280 Guelph street ) for almost 5 years, as well as my best friend has been going there even longer. Pretty loyal customers if you ask me.Unfortunately as much as I hate to say this but we will no longer be going to that location. because, we had the rudest experience today over asking a simple question.My best friend had asked a young lady a question... she has long brown hair and was in a low pony and she was wearing all black. My best friend proceeded to ask where T shirts were that where supposed to be paired up with a sign, and the young lady answered with I dont know that is an old sign " There are plain T shirts over there" which didnt answer our question.. and my best friend replied with "thats not what I was asking... but maybe that sign should not be up if it is wrong" and the young lady just looked at us rolled her eyes kissed her teeth and walked away.We are both extremely disapointed and disrespected

Very rude customer service by Arden manager (cashier :67288) when I purchase 1 item she said just 1 item on top of that she scream to employee for remove some boxes while I am paying I asked about ur 20%of while downloading app advertising she is dam rude expressions while my husband said I guess u r very busy u r not paying attention on ur customer she is angry on us and said camera is still on u can complain wherever u like and we ask about manager she said I m manager no one can do anything. Very disrespectful behavior she refused her name as well she said u can find in yr receipt.. I am attaching my receipt too.Neither I will go nor I suggest to buy anything from ardene..

Absolutely love this location. Always clean and well organized. The staff are so nice and willing to go beyond. Michelle is my favorite of all and love shopping when she's in. She always has a smile and is willing to help and be honest. My 13 yr old daughter is in often and when I need to get a gift or pick out accessories she has always been spot on. Thank you ladies.

Waited at checkout for 10 mins while staff were chatting at the fitting rooms. I shop here a lot and it’s a consistent problem

Had a poor experience today in the store. I get there are rules but I don't see why this is one of them. I was there with my young daughter who I had in a grocery cart (to keep her contained while I shop) which im sure is totally relatable to alot of parents out there. I was told by an employee that this is not allowed in this store.When I asked for reasoning it was because people run into store merchandise with them.It's a shame that management has put this rule into place especially in a mall setting.I was instructed to use a proper cart" otherwise I wasn't welcome to shop. To bad such a simple thing detered someone who would have spent alot of money in this store today.Unfortunately i won't be coming back because of something so silly and I'm sure I won't be the only one if this rule stays in place"
