Excellent community & seniors health agency. Day program provides a good environment for seniors w/ light exercises, fun games, meals provided and seniors can socialize with staff, volunteers (like me) and others their age.

This agency serves primarily seniors in west Toronto and has recently merged with Reconnect Health Services. As a result of the merger, the agency is no longer named St. Clair West Services for Seniors. It is just Reconnect. Amazing Day Program for frail seniors and also for individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementias, etc.

I take my Dad on weekends. He Loves it. I'm trying to volunteer also. Staff is amazing. I just wished the have shuttle on Sundays. Otherwise Amazing. God Bless
