left my pea jacket to get a new lining put in, 5 month have past and 20 visits to see if she was finished, always same answer next week it will be done, asked to just get my jacket back and same answer, next week, Are you kidding me, what kind of business is she running, I'm afraid I'm never getting my coat back, plus the material I gave her for the lining, guessing I'll go to small claims court, stumped""

I'm currently parked in front of Tender Touch where they claim that their business hours are Monday-Sunday 6am til 11pmAt 11pm the doors automatically lock- which makes sense.However, it's currently 10:30pm, all of my clothes are locked inside the facility and the owner refuses to answer the phone, meanwhile there's a sign posted saying that for 'emergency purposes' you can contact her until 11pm.After I retrieve my clothing, I will never return to this business again.

Alterations were not done when promised. Had to go back 5 times before they were ready. Hems on two pair of pants should not take that long.

Judy is phenomenal and her customer service is amazing! We have been bringing her our company laundry for a couple years now, and it is always done perfectly. She has even done my own laundry and everything was cleaned and folded with care. ❤

I am very dissatisfied with Judy Carver who runs theTender Touch Sew On shop in Alliston. I left two cushions to be covered 4 weeks ago and, although she said they were ready two weeks ago, I have yet to see them. I provided the foam, the material and the piping. I have been back to her shop many times on the promise that they would be there, but she always has an excuse for why they are not there. I have called her a half a dozen times to confirm that they will be there before I go, but she doesn’t answer and doesn’t return phone calls. All I want is my materials back. Please Judy, just give me my materials back!

I had to give a one star to get into this review. I am giving no stars. This woman has had theee of my sweaters since November 2017. Every time I try to get them back she says she has forgotten them and will bring them. She has my phone number and never calls. Unless I campOut at her house I believe I will never seen my clothing again. What an awful way to run a business.
