Je partage mon impression vis-à-vis deux camions de la compagnie qui ont pris la sortie Guy sur l'autoroute Ville-marie ce matin. Les deux camions ont forcé littéralement l'accès à la dernière minute obligeant les automobilistes à céder le passage risquant une collision.Si vos employés n'ont aucun respect pour les autres automobilistes, je n'aimerais pas que ces mêmes employés travaillent pour moi.Le code de sécurité routière et la courtoisie est la même pour tout le monde sur nos routes.En espérant que ce commentaire puisse vous faire réagir et ne passe pas inaperçus

Ils sont venus faire l'entretien et ont mis hors d'usage ma clim. Ils me suggèrent de faire appel à une autre compagnie pour réparer leur dégât. Je devrai assumer les frais. Une compagnie irresponsable à éviter.

Avoid using this company!! We had a good service call but then were charged an absolutely ludicrous amount. Technician was here for under an hour and they billed 4 hours claiming he was driving for 3 of them. We weren't told at any point that there would be 3 hours added for travel. The company is located 10 mins from my work!!! They also charged us overtime at $250/hr even though the service call didn't run later than 4:30pm and was on a weekday. So yeah, $750 for him to sit in his car. Everything points to them intentionally overcharging us. Still trying to resolve it but it's awful that I even have to fight about this.

I was in traffic, with a big truck in front of me. Behind me - a van belonging to Carmichael-eng, which was sticking to me SO close, as close as possible without hitting me, the driver clearly raging. Man, we are already in traffic, I can't do anything about it! He gave me so much stress. I felt like I was in Russell Crowe's movie, Unhinged. This lasted for way too long, the Carmichael driver kept edging closer and closer to me.FInally, he decides to SUDDENLY swerve to the right, passing over a DOUBLE LINE (very illegal), at top speed, and then ANOTHER double line.Seeing that, there's no way I'd ever feel safe dealing with this business.
