Dealing with Them for 5 years and was good until this last renewal . I made a change to policy for $65 dollars at my the time of renewal and was told once the change is made , the amount will be billed later or added to my renewal next year . Get a statement in the mail June 8th , stating pay within 30 days , ok no problem . 6 phone calls to remind me is a bit excessive. Not professional at all . Just phoned in and paid , changing agencies for sure . Someone needs to take business etiquette class .

Jiahui Lin and Abdullah provided such an excellent service to us. They are so friendly! Especially for Jiahui Lin, explain every detail of information for various vehicle insurance packages. I could understand every detail of insurance coverage and buy the needed insurance. Recommend going there!

Dealt with knight archer when I bought my current car and have called them a few times with some questions and they have always gone above. Mo is always super friendly and professional when I call in and he happens to answer! Guy with the moustache and glasses is always awesome too! Can’t remember his name. Think he’s a supervisor though!
