I come to this location quite often because I always have a great experience. The owners are very friendly and helpful and treat me like family. The store is always clean and the food items are always fresh. I live in a different part of town than this store but I come here because of the warm atmosphere, passing several other Subways on the way.

Nearly every time I order online - the order is wrong - forcing me to drive back. coupons are online now- Someone else's food so I don't unwrap it there. Yes they make it again but it's not like they compensate me for the drive back in any other way!If no cheese - don't add cheese!

The best service I ever had at a Subway, anywhere. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable- especially as I am a vegetarian! Will definitely recommend.

I ordered a green goddess rice bowl which is supposed to be vegetarian. The girl ended up putting steak in it without even asking me. Meat is not included in the description of the rice bowl. Staff need to be better trained. This is the second time the same girl messed up an order.

Just had a great experience at this location! I came in with a coupon to try the beyond meatball sub and it was an amazing sandwich. When I was trying to pay the coupon wasn’t going through the system correctly but a great employee and sandwich artist by the name of Raj helped me out and honored the coupon. Thank you Raj! I would definitely come back to this location again and I can’t wait to try another beyond meatball sub! I ate it so fast that I couldn’t get a picture! Thanks again for the great experience.

There are plenty of Subway locations in Burlington. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE. As the only customer in the store, I couldn't believe what I discovered my order looked like when I got home. How hard can it be to construct something when you ask for it as advertised" on their website??? It was a one off that I even went in that location after an appointment close by. First & last visit. Lots of other eating establishments nearby....choose one of them instead."

The worst restaurant experience ever. Placed an order online for 2 subs and one rice bowl. Got there and they had not even started. Was told there was no order from me. Argued with me till they finally found it. Then they proceeded to hand me 4 subs. Wrong order!! They finally found my order and started it. Watching them the first sub she put no cheese on. I asked her why not and she told me I didn't order cheese. I knew I had but she told me I was wrong and said she would do it anyhow. She then put the veggies on and I asked why she wasn't grilling it. She said I never ordered grilled and was very rude. I confirmed on my phone I had. She then pulled all the veggies off and grilled. Second sub forgot bacon which I only noticed when I got home. Rice bowl looked like vomit. They put the ingredients in and mixed them!!! I called them after I got home and they did nothing to rectify this problem. I then contacted corporate to complain...nothing. I messaged corporate on Facebook several times...nothing. 4 times I contacted corporate and they finally told me it's up to the owner to reply and nothing they can do. Finally after a 5th time contacting corporate and 4 months!!!...I got an email from the owner Jayshree Dave, just saying they were sorry and will speak to staff. No effort to rectify by redoing my order. No apology for ignoring all my previous messages. They obviously do not care about their customers. Avoid them!!!!!

I order from Uber eats so they think they could get away with not giving me double meat, I pay 6 dollars extra for a sub that weighs the same as the regular sub, also not to mention that the sub had a hair baked in the bread. Unbelievable!!!
