Dr. Ali & staff are incredible. The care they give you at this office is like being at a Mercedes dealership. They put you at ease and ensure your are well informed as you are treated !!! 20 Stars if I could give it. I never thought I would ever say that I enjoyed my dental experience but the folks at Cooper's Dental far exceeded my expectations for excellent customer care. From the warm welcoming ladies at the reception to the caring, gentle and efficient assistant Katherine, the attention I received was outstanding. Dr. Mushantat made my needs a priority and I felt as though I had his full attention. It really was a wonderful experience, congratulations on a job very well done!Darcie

It was my first visit to Coopers Dental and what an AMAZING experience I had.The staff very profesional!!!! Starting from Staci & Chaylene they make your visit very comfortable. Pleasant greeting once you get past the door, what I noticed and caught my attention was that they both build a rapport with the patient and that makes a huge difference.Katherine (hygienist)when it came to my x-rays she explained the process and what she was doing. When it came to my cleaning she was great and had a soft hand when it came to doing the procedure.Dr. Ammar is very friendly and just by talking to him he gives you that comfort and makes you feel that your in good hands.Thank You Coopers Dental for a GREAT visit.

Coopers dental is the best dentist I have been to in Airdrie, since moving here 7 years ago. Their service is top notch from the front staff, hygienist and dentist. Both dentist are great with both my kids and I. They are never in a hurry, make you feel comfortable and are very gentle which was really important too me. The front staff are welcoming, kind and send you reminders of your appointments. Thanks Dr. Ali, Chaylene and Rebecca for making my appointment today a pleasant one.

I've always received warm, kind and compassionate care at Cooper's Dental for the last 5 years. They also follow the Alberta Fee Guide which I appreciate a lot.

I had a worst experience with shailine.She had spoiled my day. She yelled me. I called them yesterday about the emergency visit to them. I was having a worst wisdom tooth pain. And they gave me the earliest appointment which was available today about 8 am. They open 8 am and I informed her that I won’t be coming. Very rudely shailine said right now is your appointment you are not coming. I informed her that I was in so much pain and you have not any availability for yesterday for me after 7 and after finishing my work at 7 pm I had an emergency visit to another dentist yesterday about 7 :15 pm and you guys were closed at that time. She said you could have left me a voicemail that you are not coming. I said alright if you guys are closed any how you will listen to those voicemails in the morning 8 am. So I am calling sharp 8 am to let you know I am not coming. Omg she had give me the worst customer service. She said I had called my staff early blah blah. Technically you guys are open 8 and you staff will be coming 8. She got offended. I don’t know why she got frustrated in the morning.

Really good customer service! I love all the staff here— specifically Melanie, Dr. Ali, Stacey, & Shaelean... they are so amazing and took great care of me:) Super friendly and very good dentistry, so I 10/10 recommend!

My son had a cleaning appointment and regular exam, The dentist and hygienist took care of him properly and with a smile and he was very happy to pick a toy at the end of the appointment. The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable about the service and everything.
