Took over a week for the incomplete job replacing parts unnecessarily. Car was still running rough and diesel leaking in the engine bay. I was worried to take the car to them anymore. Techmax diagnosed perfectly in no time and the car in running perfectly at this point. If you are out of warranty you should take your German car to Techmax for a reasonably priced great service

Hats off to Attila, Tony & Crew members... They know their stuff too well, really worthy of being called as specialist for German engineered cars & SUVs... Just got my first E46 BMW 325i (my dream car) it had no apparent issues but still I decided to get some preventative maintenance as I want to keep it for good... As soon I walked into the shop was impressed by Attila's attention to detail & knowledge... The rates are very reasonable that I couldnt believe with this quality of workmanship they charge so nominal.. parts and hours mentioned on invoice are 100% justified. Don't know who are those people giving these guys bad reviews and totally support & understand Attila's rebuttals. I am a fan of German engineering but was afraid to buy a German car as generally maintenance is costly but if you take it to professional like Attila & Tony they will actual save you alot of money. I am a customer for life now for sure & would highly suggest all to buy a used good condition German car & get the real driving pleasure having peace of mind that Techmax got your back... I got my first job done today and the experience was just awesome. I got brake pads and rotors changed on my GLC 300. I had read a lot of positive reviews about this place and understood today why they have such a high rating. These guys are honest, subject matter experts in German cars. They offer much better pricing vs dealership while using the same genuine OEM parts as the dealer. Getting something repaired at the dealership is a headache, long wait time to schedule appointment and then crazy delays at the time of repair. These guys are super effecient, I was in and out in 1 hr. I had Mike work on my car. He was so patient and answered all my questions with a smile. What I liked the most about this place is the transparency and honesty they work with. They keep all doors open and customers are free to walk in to see the actual work being done on the car. I have not seen this level of transparency at any auto repair shop. Keep up the good work! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Dealer quality without the dealer prices. The business is also Professional, knowledgeable and ethical. Had an excellent experience here with Tony and Atilla. Took my 2017 Q7 to get the Air Suspension valve pump, solenoid and sensor replaced. I most appreciated that Atilla called me the next day after the repair to ensure that the Air Suspension was working as designed. He also helped me salvage 3 of the 4 control arms saving me money on those replacements.They provided me a loaner and I will surely go back and recommend them to other German car owners looking for quality car care and repair.

I am very happy to get the call from them today that my car repair is done since we have been waiting for months in getting the right transmission to be replaced on my 335 IS, which the BMW dealership not even bother to help out as they knew it is going to take up a lot of their time and space waiting for the right parts. While Tony/Norbert and Attila did not give up but to keep on searching for the transmission as far as from the US to get my car fixed, right before the Spring season and yes, the cost was not a cheap one but to me is reasonable and they earned it with lots of respect from their customers with a great job well done as it is now a smooth ride as before.Many thanks for the team and will see you guys for other services as needed down the road.

Attila and his team did a fantastic job on my X1. I had a chat with the tech that was going to be working on it in the shop where I could see all the projects and ask questions!Specifically I wanted the timing chain replaced as the guide vanes were starting to show wear about 1 year ago. I’d assume the BMW dealer put a fancy camera down the oil cap as they sent me a picture of it. But I put it off as it’s a big job.Speaking of the dealer, I called around a few in the area but right away I found them rude and not very knowledgeable. They couldn’t answer my questions without getting back to me by email and based on my previous experience with a dealer in another area I thought.. forget about it!I’m glad I found TechMax. I drove a total of 14 hours to get to this shop from where I live. And it was worth every penny of my time and gas.I received regular communication from Attila while the car was in, letting me know what they found and whether I’d like certain things done. Never was there any pressure nor upselling… I was simply told the facts and given my options. They also gave me a loaner vehicle which was ideal.I found everyone in this shop very friendly, respectful, and clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable in what they do. I know enough about cars that I can do some jobs myself, like the filters, spark plugs and ignition coils with the help of the service manuals. But not enough to go messing around with the suspension or taking the engine apart. And only if I know the issue. I wouldn’t know the difference between looking at a good part or a bad part for these cars because they’re just too complicated.They use genuine/OE high quality parts, which I was happy with. Their prices are extremely fair, and with inflation the way it is, better get your car into them now than putting off those repairs.. especially if it’s a timing chain. My X1 came out driving a lot better than when it went in, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
