We had Rob and his team install 5 of our windows in 2019 and we found them to be professional and very reasonable with other companies. Pro-Fit did such a great job, we had them back this year to complete the remaining 6 windows in our house. Sean the sales guy was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The install crew showed up right on time and got down to work. They were fast, professional and after they left, you couldn’t even tell they were here. We love our new windows and would highly recommend Pro-Fit!

Rob and his team are great. We ordered the KV sliding door, and are extremely happy with our new door but more importantly, super impressed with Rob's excellent knowledge of product, customer service, fair pricing and great patience with me and all my questions! Terrible service! I guess they don’t need the business.Called to get a quote for replacing several windows and patio door, someone came out, met with us, took measurements and then we never heard from them again! Don’t waste your time.

We recently had all of the doors and windows in our house replaced by this company, and it was a great experience. Rob was fantastic from start to finish. He came over for the consult and listened to our ideas and concerns and helped us decide what was best for our home. Ordering was seamless and when we wanted to change the front door colour, it was no big deal. When install day came the team was professional and friendly and respected our home. The new windows and doors look great, and we now have a sliding glass door to the back of the house which improves things greatly! Highly recommended.

Door came with fully etched glass insert - not ordered, security riskFrame measured and manufactured incorrectly : result - unknown integrated screen had to be installed so as to create a trip hazard - and once closed, could not be opened without bending the frame.Entire frame, door, and integrated screen needs to be removed and replaced by a Barrie company -- $5,000 wasted!

As a consumer you don’t know who to trust to do your window and door repair well I can say PRO -FIT guys are great and friendly get the job done , I have had all my windows replaced by them and back door I will be calling them for front door I have been so pleased with their work great job
