Only put one star because I could not put zero.I called about an issue with my shower leaking into my downstairs on OCT 1. Guys came took my shower apart and told me that they would have to order a part from Canadian Tire. A few days later I call back to see if the part was in yet and to see when they were coming back. Was told by an older man that it was still on order and that THEY would call me back. This is now November 23, almost 2 MONTHS later and I still have no phone call or a working shower/bathtub and a tub that is taken apart so we cant even use the tub because when they pulled the handle off it switched to the shower. I do not believe in chasing companies. I called once and was basically given the brush off.Thanks for nothing. Will never recommend your services" to any one. I'd rather spend much more to fix with a more expensive company and get the work done properly."

Kelly and his staff we so excellent to deal with. I just moved away from home and living on my own for the first time when came home to my furnace room flooding. They came and replaced the needed items and were so understanding and helpful! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

My furnace stopped working one night from wind and snow. I was able to call and was given step by step instructions to get it working. Really helpful and great Home Town business in Yorkton!

I am very thankful to Hancock Plumbing for coming to my house on really short notice (like 30 minutes literally) and fixing my brand new furnace which was installed in January of 2022 (almost 7000$) by another company (VETTED HVAC). Hancock Plumbing fixed it within 30 minutes to which the company (VETTED HVAC) who actually installed was telling me to do an insurance claim and replace entire furnace as it is not operational and needs electrical components replaced.I spoke with Kelly and Trent from Hancock Plumbing and explain my situation and frustration to Kelly. Both of them were extremely professional and said they will look after everything and told me not worry about anything at all. They sure did kept their promise and my furnace was fixed and operational within minutes for which I have been told by Vetted HVAC that will need electrical component replacement.I highly recommend Hancock Plumbing for all your Plumbing and Heating needs as they will have everything done right the FIRST time and at reasonable prices and will not tell you to REPLACE ANYTHING until its really really needed. I really appreciate your quick and professional service and advise.
