My family really enjoyed shopping together from the comfort of our own home. The produce is very fresh. I was happy to see they have a good variety of foods. The pricing was very reasonable and they have tons of sales. The way everything is packaged is well thought out to keep everything the right temperature and intact. The employees are clearly well trained and care about their role. Thank you for the wonderful experience. You can count on our weekly order from now on.

There is this misconception that spud is expensive, but I found it to be the opposite and actually cheaper than the big brand grocery stores that claim to be cheap. By shopping online you can target things that are just on special and not fall for buying things you don’t need. You also save on delivery fees when consistently shopping. To me, I am getting locally and ethically sourced produce and groceries while supporting local and a local business, at a value price! Everyone wins!

Excellent delivery service. Sunday is busy, delivery window is 9am to 9pm. I switched delivery day to shorten that window. Produce was fresh and of good quality. Lettuce however was rotten in the middle, it was just to wet. Update on second order, radishes were rotten. I've canceled further orders and subscription. Two for two, I need to be able to prepare meals without this worry, and having to run out to replace items, defeats the purpose of delivery.

I have been using SPUD for years and the service is always good. If there is an error they make it right. Produce is generally very fresh and they have a very good selection of organic and humane products and local foods from small vendors. SPUD makes it convenient to eat healthy and local so I am very happy with them. The membership option is a good deal (it's optional) if you buy smaller amounts often or if you buy health and beauty items. SPUD is associated with Blush Lane and has the same suppliers. I just wish their health memberships were linked.

SPUDS offers competitive prices, local, fresh and delivered right to your door! I love all the delivery day options and the free delivery with my membership. It’s such a wonderful option to support various local farms without having to drive all over the city. Every week l look forward sitting back and doing my shopping, and again I look forward to delivery day. Thank you SPUDS!

I purchased a 3 day cleanse, which upon delivery was not the full order. I immediately called customer service and was told a credit would be applied to my account. I am not a regular shopper, nor did or do I intend to be, therefore the credit does me NO good. The only way to use this credit is to spend an additional $50.I think this is shady as not only did they take the full amount off my credit card, but now encourage me to spend more money simply to use my own money.Also, I was not able to complete the cleanse as directed which defeats the purpose of buying it from them in the first place. They do not offer refunds, just credits. Happy to let their customers be out of pocket with their own money while trying to get another minimum purchase of $50 out of us for their pockets.So not my full purchase order, no refund and if I want to redeem my credit, I have to spend more money. Enjoy my free money SPUD (more like dud).

SPUD has changed my life! We order from spud a few times a week. Everything is extremely high quality, local when possible, and organic if possible. Getting groceries delivered to our house is so convenient and spud costumer service is always great. Thank you SPUD! You guys rock!

I love the local produce from SPUD as well as the wonderful baked goods and specialty items like a great soup from Teatro. They also have beauty products and candles and flowers. SPUD has great customer service and lets you know ahead of time if an item you requested is not available and adjusts the amount owed. I find the convenience of delivery an awesome perk especially on cold days!

As a first time customer I found the website easy to navigate. When my order arrived it was beautifly organized into frozen, cool and room temp. Their reuse, recycle and reduce program makes sense and is easy to do!I appreciate these people and intend to order again and again!
