I would give Andre Drisdelle 10 stars if I could. Simply the best customer service i've ever received in my entire life. Their inventory is endless, prices are extremely competitive as well. You can really feel their honesty and respect for the customer while dealing with anyone from their staff. Andre really went out of his way to make sure I would get my Mustang ahead of time and for the best price possible. I will be buying vehicles from no one else from now on. highly recommend.

Andre was very friendly and helpful throughout the car-buying process. I caught him on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was no more than 5 min sneaking out from his open office door where he interrupted another sale to greet Mom & I; it happened to be an unusual day with just him on site vs the usual 3 salesman I was told. There was no need to apologize; the lounge had neat coffee selections and comfy leather chairs, but my focus was on 1 car only: an older model RAV4.Soon I was shown the 2010 RAV4 AWD Limited and the rest is history. Well, sort of. There was an unexpected amount of work on Andre's part to go above & beyond in the financing & ultimately the delivery of the vehicle to my home - a nice touch for sure!Hats off to Andre! You will continue to put customers at ease with your smile & words of welcome. Ivan was super friendly and professional to deal with. He went 110% above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I've wanted. He was always in constant communication, never once felt like I was forgotten. I've purchased a few vehicles in the past from different vendors, and I can honestly say that this was the first time that I've actually had a sales rep on my side who was not just trying to make a sale. He told me that he would make the transition easy and stress free as possible and he kept his word. When it was time to pick up the vehicle I was fairly nervous, I walked in and was greeted with a smile and sat into his office and instantly felt comfortable like I knew him all my life.
