Friendly staff and super efficient and quick! Really nice that it’s one of the few Tim Hortons left that open 24 hours during this shortness of staff period. Quick coffee run through the drive-thru, everything well smoothly!

Unfortunate experience here. Been an awesome trip to quebec with my parents from Scotland. Attempted to.order my lunch. Cashier was impatient and not friendly. Kept finishing my sentences for me in english. My french is not the best but good enough to order lunch.

Super slow service..... The cashier felt like she has just been told she has a terminal cancer....no smile....ordering from a robot would've been more pleasant ! // update july 1 st 2022.... Another Tim closed in broad daylight ! You guys gonna have to understand that minimum wage doesn't work anymore in 2022 ! Good luck but it looks like you gonna dissapear as fast as dunkin donuts !!

Stop for breakfast. Food is regular as other Tims but their washroom is disgusting, its like nobody cleans the 3 washroom available...

One employee (i am guessing manager) speaking very aggressively to employees and customers. Also waited 35 minutes to use washroom only for her to come and block it off right in front of me, stating they need to disinfect it everytime someone uses it (even though i had just watched 15-20 people use it with no one being told they had to wait for it to be disinfected). I understand the procedure but was frustrating to waste over half an hour waiting only for them to close it right before i got there. (And not to wash it or anything, they just blocked it off and said it was closed because they didn't have time to wash it)

The service was awful. The lady actually told me my french was not good enough. That if I didn't speak french properly she would not serve me. I understand your busy but have some respect for people or don't work with customers service.

Probably the worst Tim's experience ever. It appeared that out of the 6 workers there, 5 of them were high school age or under (2 definitely in elementary), so nobody cared about anything, nobody had a sense of responsibility. Took almost 30 minutes to make a sandwich, and they eventually closed the dining room probably because they couldn't handle the number of people...
