One of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. Ordered a bed online after seeing it in store. Called the store to ask a question to a sales person was obnoxiously rude when they realized I purchased online rather than in store. I required a measurement that wasn't available online - salesperson measured for me but upon receiving the bed, the salesperson was very wrong. Tried to get help thru customer service, they offered a gift card to help. Ok, sure. (It never arrived.) But I still have this bed that cannot be used with the bedding I had purchased because the measurement was wrong. Very disappointing and will NEVER shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a bloom mattress topper after Chris recommended it to me and it has truly changed my life! The customer service was fantastic and I've already recommended this specific Sleep Country to friends and family!

You are not supposed to sleep in this store do not try to do it. But it is very comfy because of the nice mattresses

We purchased a mattress from Sleep Country and had to invoke the 100 day sleep guarantee. This time we decided to up the stakes in what we usually spend. We are now the proud owners of a Tempurpedic Pro-Adapt and absolutely love it (so far). We are hoping this mattress will last longer than 3 to 4 years as it was more than double what we usually pay.

They don't honour their warranty. The mattress (which is sitting on the box spring that was bought from them) sagged, they sent their employee to measure the sag (we had to pay for that), he said that it’s more than 2.5”. Then they sent him again, he put the mattress on the floor and measured it again, then they said the sag is less than 2” and they won’t replace it. So basically, we have to sleep on the floor!

Dealing with Rick at this location was a really great experience. He was everything you want out of a salesperson–knowledgable, friendly and not-at-all pressuring. He happily answered any questions I had, but also let me do my own thing and shop around on my own terms. Their price guarantee is also really great. I ended up getting a far better mattress than the one I was looking at at another place, for a cheaper price than the other place had it. Free delivery too!

The silk all-season duvet feels cozy without being oppressively heavy.It's made by Sunset brand and is machine washable.Thank you to Ross for an enjoyable shopping experience.
