Edmonton tent and awning was a service disaster. The awning came the incorrect length. What was supposed to be a 1 day fix turned into 4 months. Their installers are messy, destructive and belligerent. Rarely am I angry enough with poor service that I would bother to write a review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Our awning is probably over 10 years old. Over the weekend, the wind sensor fell off when my husband was replacing the batteries and it stopped working. I called Edmonton Tent and Awning to inquire about buying a replacement. However, James said he would come by later that same day and take a look because it likely just needed to be reprogrammed. Sure enough, he was true to his word and stopped by and had the sensor working again in about 5 minutes - completely free of charge. That is truly excellent customer service. If we ever need another awning, we will be sure to contact Edmonton Tent & Awning.

Lost the order and then delivered a faulty product that I had to pay to fix. It wasn't small money so I was expecting better. I won't return.

Great service. I had my boats bimi top repaired a few years ago and it's holding up great. Last week one of the tie straps ripped off my boat cover. I stopped in to see if they could fix it. They had it back on my cover in about 2 mins and I was on my way. Very friendly staff, I will return In the future of I have any other problems.
