This company is the worst!! (would like to give them 0 stars)I have not been taken advantage of like some others, because I have never done business with them.In my experience they are one of the least ethical and considerate organizations ever.They regularly solicit me, and I request to be removed from their calling list every time. But they probably don't hear me as they are talking over me to demand a reason that I am not interested (as if communicating with me in a disrespectful manner is somehow going to suddenly change my mind)Not surprised people are having terrible experiences with them.

I implore anyone out there considering using this company to STAY AWAY as you will be taken advantage of by them! I wish that I had of read these reviews before i got involved with this very unethical company!!!

A complete scam. Kenneth Eng told me it will be 150 for 12 months wrote me up a receipt and told me that it will cost me 190 to start to get ads posted in Steve Nash Fitness. Next day charged me for the full year without invoicing me even AFTER I told them that the sales person promised me AND wrote in the agreement that's what it would cost me. Manager replied to me we will not cancel and that their person told them that I was lying even though I sent them the agreement we both signed. This company is VERY VERY UNETHICAL. Never deal with this company and their sales person Kenneth Eng, very unprofessional. He doesn't even answer your emails, he will reply in a text message. It's such a sketchy way to do business. You will never be able to cancel your service or as what I see in the comment section you will never get any leads with your ad. I will definitely forward this to Steve Nash Fitness and all the businesses in my area that I deal with.

I can't even give a star for this company. After a year of lockdown, not one representative contacted me about my ad or how they plan on moving forward or pivoting their business to continue to help their clients. They let go exceptionally talented representative who could have helped save them money and bad reviews. I contacted their centre who sent me the absolute worst representative who didn't bother to call me, take a look at my business, or what I have had to pivot into, and simply repeated over and over to send her my images and they'll change it. Now since I've pivoted, the information may not have been effective for the location. I asked for someone to contact me and asked for my money back over 5 times. After 20 emails they finally sent me someone who called me right away, and then dismissed everything that I was saying to help the business itself pivot for the best service for their corporation. They shared that they will not give this information to anyone (CEO) to help the business help their clients and that they will not issue me a refund or even partial refund.They have not fulfilled their contract whatsoever, since gyms are closed, when they are open it is not even close to the capacity that was promised and I've wasted my money and time and effort with these people. I would give a negative star for this company if I could. Don't touch these scammers with a 10-foot pole. They never had any intention of contacting me as their client to reassure that my money wasn't wasted.

Since it's not possible to give less than 1 star this will have to do.This company has done literally nothing to help our business during COVID or even try to help provide ways to ensure a healthy client relationship. Wouldn't even listen to our concerns.Worst company I have ever dealt with ever! (and that's saying something)

These guys called me a month or two back and I said I wasn’t interested. Since then they call about every 2 weeks acting like I’m interested and every time I say to take me off their list they just hang up on me right away.. then call again ! I would be embarrassed to run a company with those ethics. Anyone ever even considering looking at these guys... DON'T! once they have your info they literally won't leave you alone despite how terrible their work is.

Hands down the worst B-to-B experience I have ever had.They promised my company would be the only grocery store advertised at Goodlife Fitness. Then I had customers come in and say not only did they not see my ad...but they always see my competition ads up there!When I called in to complain...they offered me an extra 6 months of free advertising. Why would I want extra advertising- when I already told them I don't want to advertise where my competitors is?On top of that...they kept charging my visa.The guy that sold me it, Jason Liquorish, (seriously) now avoids all the businesses in my plaza now. Hmmm- wonder why?

Had an ad set put up in local LA fitness this spring, so far they've delivered everything promised. Results are starting to show too!

Absolute worst company. Such a scam. Got 1 year of advertising at Steve Nash Fitness. 6 months in and no leads so I call my sales rep, Kenneth Eng, no answer. Phone number on our contract is out of service, no working phone numbers that could be found online. Finally got a contact number for their HQ after calling Kenneth multiple times (didnt even speak with him he just updated his voicemail message to include the number while he was on holiday). They wont cancel and wont send me any reports for my ad's status. For all I know they aren't even playing my ad at all.

This is the most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with. If they contact you SLAM the door. This is definitely a SCAM.
