Just an FYI this outlet over charges for boxes as per uhaul head office. When I moved last time they charged me 4.00/med box and would not take returns for unused boxes, as per uhaul policy. The u-haul on miller follows all policies. 2.47/ med box. Right now 20 for 47. +tax. apparently this company likes to take advantage of their customers. The staff are very rude as well.Personally I would go to the miller ave outlet, clean and very nice staff. They follow policies.

We booked a U-Haul online for a Saturday pick up, since AJs isn't open on Saturdays they have a system where they give you a code for the lock to open the back of the truck where the key is supposed to be inside.Some lazy person at AJ's didn't leave the key inside and no one was around to help us and when we called U-Haul there was nothing they could do to help us.Do not use this place for uhaul rentals.
