Fort Park Property Management and Real Estate

After an exhaustive search our strata recently changed to Fort Park Property Management. Our property manager Anthony Zhang is the best, so organized and responsive to the council and owners emails. He gets things done! We couldn't be happier with our decision.

I recently reached out to Fort Park for some quotes. Everyone I spoke with or emailed was attentive, did not rush me and they were prompt with their responses. I highly recommend.

Unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff (management and janitorial) this company hires to do the work in the buildings they manage is beyond belief. We visited a property they mange and right away we got insulted by a worker in the place were visiting...We told our host about the incident and were told that they would bring it up to the management office, I spoke to my friend who later on and she told me that even the woman in the management office was rude and uncooperative so I decided to find out who these ppl are and write them this review as a reminder that they get paid by the unit owners of the building they manage and that they are not the boss...SAD!

Fort Park took over our strata from the previous strata management company a couple of years ago and this was the best decision our strata ever made. Chris provided the services estimate within hours and the services were priced reasonably. The transition from previous property management was fully taken care by him without council intervention.Considering that this is an older building, Fort Park inherited quite a problematic strata. However, Chris and his team managed to organize the business in the efficient manner.They are very responsive, efficient, and professional; they take care of any issues quickly and make sure that council is well informed about possible options. They are more than willing to go an extra mile to ensure the best results. Also, they transitioned old fashioned paper based system to electronic where any owner can see related information or report issues.We strongly recommend Fort Park because they provide a very reliable and high quality service.

Skylar Dennis at Fort Park has been a tremendous support in helping us navigate the processes within our Strata community. We have so appreciated Skylar's prompt responses to our questions, concerns and applications.

Chris and his team from Fort Park have been helping us (small strata) to manage our building more than a year since we got rid of our previous Strata property management company, which is very expensive, unresponsive and ineffective. We are a small strata that have been self-managing for many years. At the time my family bought a property, nobody even knew about the Strata Property Act, unit entitlement, etc. The strata had some self-made rules that were not following SPA and not registered with strata bylaws. We asked CHOA for help and started to follow SPA. It was very difficult and time-consuming. After we hired Fort Park to manage our strata, all of our lives changed for the better!Fort Park managers are doing all the hard work we used to do ourselves. This includes preparing and leading strata meetings, collecting maintenance fees, finding contractors and letting council decide who we want to hire, dealing with strata finances and sending monthly financial reports to all the owners, preparing the annual budget proposal and much more. They are very professional and responsive and their fee is more than reasonable.I would highly recommend Fort Park if you are looking for a management company for your strata!
