Costco Tire Center

When I picked up my car, it had a huge scratch on it.The managers denied it.‘Nothing in our shop can do that kind of damage’ is what they claimed.The managers took me in to show me the bay where the car was supposed to have been serviced. On my way out, I saw one of the drivers bring in a civic at speed through that narrow opening and the manager had to wave at him to stop.I asked for the CCTV footage but they refused to show me any footage.Came in for an oil change. Left with a new gash.

30 min in the line up to drop keys for an appointment. But the worst part is to see the employees not caring about people waiting and working very slow with no care

I called in with a simple inquiry. I was placed on hold without being asked (ok fine...) but for over 25 min before someone came back. My inquiry lasted maybe all of 2 min and was easily answered, but it is apparent the tire centre is grotesquely understaffed. The prices are great, but the service not so much.

Great service. I went in with an emergency flat tire (winter tire. Michelin, purchased Dec 2022 at Costco Tire Center). I had no appointment, the place was busy (Thursday before Good Friday), I prepared myself for a long wait for a spot in-between scheduled customers with appointments and the whole operation took less than 2 hours. They repaired the tire (under warranty), replaced the wheel on the car and put the spare back into the trunk for me.Definitely will recommend this location to anyone who asks (and also to those who do not LOL)

Cory at the tire center counter provided me the professional, friendly and efficient service. This is officially my fav Costco Tire Centre :)

Same as the review below, they make you feel like they're doing you a favor to sell you tires. Went back 4 times for tpms issues, waited in line forever each time to come back later and wait in line again, finally went to the dealer to fix the issue at my expense. I will spend the extra cash to get my tires from the dealer or a real tire shop in future. It would also be nice if they even answered the phone, it would save half the trips there standing in line for half an hour to be told to come back another day. Lost between 8-10 hours to save a hundred bucks, never again.

Thank you Costco for the refund and your honesty. Under the recommendation of the dealership to get new winter tires, I ordered them from Costco. During the install appointment I receive a call asking if I wanted to keep the old ones such they had another season on them, maybe two.

Customer service agents are super friendly and helpful, but the mechanics were rude and ruined an otherwise great experience. When I picked up my car, I realized they did not give me back my summer tires after they installed the winter tires I purchased from them. I went back and asked them for my tires back, and they kept insisting that I didn't want those anymore. I told them I have a warranty at Kal Tire for them (which literally 3 days ago, I went to Kal Tire and they quoted my warranty and guaranteed discount on replacement since they wore down faster than the maker's guaranteed kms). They argued that 'no one would give you a warranty for these'. Not to mention, a few more mechanics decided to join in and chime the same comments at me. They pretty much refused/were extremely reluctant to return my tires (were they just too lazy to go get them from wherever they'd already trashed them?) Ok. Regardless of your OPINION of whether or not my tires would be under warranty, they are, after all, my BELONGINGS, which I would like back. They didn't even ask me if I wanted them disposed or not!! It was extremely rude of them to make assumptions like that, and then after me expressing I'd like to have my tires back, provide unsolicited comments over and over, with insinuation that I did not know what I was talking about. I was not treated with respect, and will think twice before looking at this Tire Center for future services.

Always the best and trustworthy service. I got my tires serviced in Canadian Tire, which caused me a true disappointed experience, finally had to come to this Costco tire service location, and the guys here help me to solve the problems completely. Very competitive price with professional, quick service. I should have come to their service before. Highly recommend this service location of Costco.

Brought in my car to get winters on for new winters/Rims.got the car back, went home, decided to check the PSI later that night....all tires at 50PSI. thought was that kind of high given that they recommend 42PSI for COLD tires. Checked on the tires. states 50 PSI MAX"My tires were at 50 PSI while cold. What kind of dumb
