I stop by this ovo every now and then to buy something since I’m a huge fan of the quality. A store associate named Omar is the best! His kindness and service were unmatched and I really enjoyed his company not feeling rushed while trying out the items and was so friendly and nice for me and my son.

tried on a jacket and asked to get in a larger size, they went to the back to get a new one. Tried that and it fit nicely, took it off to hold in front and look at it while deciding. Employee asks how it is and when I say fits great I'm thinking about it. He grabs the jacket back and says ok think about it by looking at the one that doesnt fit, then puts the jacket back in the inventory room. Helped me make up my mind right there and didnt get it

Came by yesterday, (looked too nice on the outside so I had to step in). Was greeted by lovely staff. My friend and I were helped by Colle and Daymon, and let me tell you the service was impeccable! We felt very comfortable, they were easy to talk to, and well versed on products. We hadn’t come to shop but they were so good, we had to buy lighters at least cuz we had to buy somethingg after their amazing service. Whoever hired them say thank you because I’ll be coming back for this same experience, (and some clothes of course) they’ll keep people coming for sure.

The quality of the product is very high and the prices reflect this. The staff at the store are friendly but are hamstrung by OVO's ridiculous return/exchange policies. They do not offer refunds - exchange only, which we were aware of before we made our purchase. However, we purchased a sweatshirt as a gift that ended up being too small. We returned to the store to attempt an exchange but they had next to no product left on their shelves. Since there were no other sizes available, we asked for a store credit. We were declined. We asked when they were getting more stock in and they had no idea if or when they might be. So, we are basically stuck with a $150 sweatshirt that doesn't fit. Compounding this issue is the fact that there is no way to speak to anyone in customer service about any problems you might have. You can send an email to the store, which we did, but received three different answers to the same question about their exchange timeframe. I would love to speak to a company customer service representative about our experience but that seems to be an impossibility.

Very sleek store and the customer service was great! Seems like they tend to have stock of new OVO items which are usually sold out online or in the Toronto stores. Will definitely be doing all my OVO shopping here!

The employees at this store shouldn’t be working here. They all have an attitude and don’t greet you on entry or try to assist. When approached for assistance with sizes they acted like they were bothered to do their job. You’d think they were paying us to shop the way the employees act. So disappointing!

Although the customer service was great, the policies OVO have are frustrating. First of all, you only have 14 days to *exchange* an item. No returns allowed and you are not allowed to try anything in store. After receiving an OVO jacket (worth 300$), and it not fitting me, I was unable to exchange for a different size since they no longer restock the same items. I am also not allowed to receive a store credit. There is so much more to go about during my first experience with OVO, but the review below *5555bigb* explains my exact situation. Great team, but the policies they have are very frustrating. Please look over the store policies before making a purchase.

Unbelievable! Extremely rude employees!I visited the store in Rideau mall today to inquire about a material quality change for a hoodie I received as a gift a while ago. I was talking to them as everyone should, nicely and respectfully!The two employees ( a woman and a guy) in the store were handling this inquiry terribly with attitude!They were laughing and being sarcastic in their questions! When the situation felt unprofessional to me, I thanked them and proceed to leave the store, they literally said nothing! I intentionally repeated my word ( thank you twice, then they looked at me and finally said briefly welcome.I absolutely have never ever had such an awful customer service experience like this!Furthermore, as I was walking around the mall and passed again by the store, those two same employees were literally running after each others in the store playing loudly!Extremely POOR MANAGEMENT- POOR EMPLOYEES- UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very clean and organized store! I came here as part of a trip knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, unfortunately my size was sold out. I wasn't too surprised since the item I wanted was a collaboration piece and my visit was a week after the release. The staff however are extremely nice, I was greeted when I entered and they let me take my own time to browse before asking if I needed any help. Despite personally leaving empty handed, there is still plenty of variety to choose from. I would definitely come back in the future.
