Couldn’t wait to move out of this apartment! Honestly, one of the worst apartments in a Thunder Bay next to the low-income geared buildings. The building itself is disgustingly maintained - the hallways rarely get vacuumed beyond the first floor. I don’t know who the cleaning lady was previously as mentioned in the other review, but the one they have now is extremely unprofessional, she’s always scowling at tenants and muttering under her breath (worrisome behaviour)! I’m surprised she is still employed here. Some of the floors have a bad smell, not bad cooking or anything like that, but smells of bodily fluids (makes you wonder if some tenants have very poor hygiene in their apartments, I wouldn’t be surprised if some units are infested with bedbugs). I’ve increasingly seen the police around the building. None of this would be surprising or intolerable if the rent wasn’t topping around $1800.Their only positive aspect is that they keep up to date with fire safety.If you’re just moving to Thunder Bay, avoid properties owned by Skyline and Dawson. Red River Holdings manages their buildings better.
