Andrea Hylton is a remarkable designer. Highly recommend. She designed and renovated our condo and we were beyond pleased!

We had the pleasure of meeting Andrea and Taylor when we were searching for a company that could help us with a “new design” for our recently purchased home. We had searched many companies online and were drawn to them.Right from the start, we felt like they were going to be a good fit for us. They listened carefully to what we envisioned our wish list to be, made some suggestions, toured our home and then left to start creating a plan for us.In a very short period of time, we met with them to look over the master plan. Yes, indeed they had listened to us and our thoughts and wishes had evolved into a beautifully orchestrated layout and design.We have nothing but positive comments to make in regards to all of the tradespeople that came into our home to work on this renovation. Great work efforts and all clearly knew what they were doing. Although we were still working at our place during the renovation, time flew by and we were most appreciative of the fact that they kept in mind that we were there and tried to work around us.Both Andrea and Taylor have a great sense of humour. We appreciated the opportunities we had with them to have a chuckle or share a laugh with them as we worked through this project.Their insights as to what would look best or if we wanted to revisit an idea were clearly dealt with in a very flexible and welcoming way.We are thrilled with the end result and are already planning the next phase of our renovations with them.Dedicated, professional, creative and simply beautiful people to work with. Andrea Hylton home was the perfect choice for us. Her system of consultation and collaboration that allowed us to pick out all the elements of our renovation project before construction began, shortened by months the schedule of completion that any of the other designers that we were considering provided to us. It also allowed us, most importantly, to stay on budget. Despite Covid related challenges/stops and starts, we were left feeling sorry for our neighbours who were completing a like size project and fell woefully behind. Andrea listened and was able to act as a marriage counsellor when my husband and I disagreed on some aspects of the design direction. We ended up with a home that looks fabulous in every sense of the word, from the intuitive floor plans and furniture placement, to drapery, linen, and art, to the smaller accessories that finish off a room. When we walk through the door everyday, we cannot believe this is our home. All I can say is wow! Andrea Hylton really gets it. We are so happy. I cannot say enough good things about working with Andrea. From the very first phone call to the big reveal, my experience with Andrea was amazing. Andrea actively listened and asked questions that drew out the details that make my home a perfect reflection of me. As an artist myself, I have a website of my work, Andrea was able to read the style and colour that was unique to me and put together ideas that perfectly captured everything I wanted. Although it was a leap of faith to move forward before actual storyboards, I had seen two previous clients and I knew Andrea would create something very special. It's at times like these that we are reminded of how grateful we are for the work Andrea and her team have done in our home. My husband and I could never agree on exactly what we wanted. We knew our home needed work but every time the discussion began we stalled out, favouring harmony over renovation/decoration discord. We can attest to that fact that Andrea really listens.
