Google maps wasn't great for directions as it told me to go down a street but it was in the Douglas Centre. I tried it because I had an Entertainment coupon. I got the gluten-free, which wasn't cheap, but pretty good and especially for a gluten-free crust.They also had neat wooden tables.

So I was eating a piece of the cheese bread. And I found a metal wire baked into my slice.I'm really glad I looked at the slice before taking my next bite. This is quite dangerous and I'm curious how it even got in there.

Just ordered the house special poutine, butter chicken poutine and chicken wings from the '420 poutine house'. Asked for no cheese but there was at least two types of cheese mixed in. Ate around it but even then it was not great stuff, butter chicken tasted sketchy also and wings were tough and chewy. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Used to get a couple pizzas a week here back when I was going to UVic (10+ years ago). Was recently in the neighborhood again, so I stopped in. Only ever had the pepperoni or Hawaiian, so can't comment on other pizzas, but those two taste great. It's regular North American style pizza. If you want Neapolitan pizza look elsewhere.

The pizza overall wasnt too bad. But i think this places suffers from ingredient quality. The chicken tasted a little old and tough. The bacon was more processed pork crumbles and had some gristle. Crust was good. Sauce was good. Service on the phone was actually good and he even tried to save me money with deals available. It ok for cheap pizza option depending on what you looking for.

Twice theyve gotten my order wrong — pepperoni not on top of cheese. i dont know why they’re screwing this up now. ive been ordering w/ this company for over 10 years… back in the day i was ordering from the original owner and he always got my order right . i guess standards have changed since then. not impressed

Everytime i crave pizza, i get it from this place. Their pizzas are delicious and yummy!! Perfect place for pizza lovers. I always get my pizza customized and i never get disappointed. Love Palagios!

Soggy undercooked fries. Poutine reqires double fried super crisp. Gravy was not pea. Tasted like it came out of a can. Way too salty and I love salt. Very few curds" of cheese which are not sqeeky cheese but mozza. Found exactly 3 thin mushroom slices. Chicken tasted like precooked prepackaged bland with gross texture. Sacrilege to call this poutine!"
