I know this is a Uber eats / restaurant problem, I ordered from this location on Uber eats I had 4 drivers show up to the restaurant and they kept telling the drivers the food was not ready (keep in mind this was at 9:30pm) so the Uber drivers kept canceling the trip as the “food was not ready” finally at 11:30pm I received my food that had been sitting in the restaurant for over 2 hours got my whole order cold bc they couldn’t figure out what order to send with the drivers, even call the location well waiting for my order and the lady working said it was Ubers fault when it was in fact there fault. Don’t offer Uber or skip if u can’t handle it

This place was so dirty! Just walking up to the place, garbage cans overflowing, drinks spilled outside the door, dirty windows. Inside floors were sticky, garbage all over, the drink station was disgusting, inside garbage overflowing, almost all tables were dirty, behind counter the food was all over the floor. Before leaving went to the bathroom and should of just peed on the floor, it would of been safer. How does a place in such state pass health inspection? It wasn’t even busy, only 2 customers inside. Won’t be back.

Great Wendy's, the food there usually resembles the actual advertisement and has great taste. My kids can be very picky and they love this wendys. Great price, good location/ co-located with a Tim Hortons and conveniently in the middle of St Albert. They even made us a t Rex burger.

Pleasant experience for a fast food establishment. Service was quick and friendly. The chilli I ordered was not soupy like a few other Wendy's I visited. The only complaint I had was the parking lot. As it was winter, it was very icy and as there is an incline, very easy to slip and fall.

The drive through moves at light speed. Sometimes a little too quick, and you have to go in to get the right order. They have never had an issue fixing my order if it happens. I can think of two times that this happened in the last year. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, the end result is that I am happy.

Visit # 1: sold my family and I very pink, uncooked burgers.Visit # 2: long black hair melted into the cheese on my burgerBoth instances, was unable to return to the restaurant, so wasted about $25 in inedible food in about a week.Contacted Wendy’s corporate and never heard back from branch management after a follow up.Never again will I order food from this or any Wendy’s.

They did my skip the dishes order and since I have allergies I called in to make some simple changes and make sure it was safe. Reema was just so amazing on the phone, caring patient and so sweet. She took so much care to make sure the order is great and I just appreciated her caring so much! I’ll definitely be ordering here again! If ever you go to this location ask for Reema she treats you like royalty! She deserves a raise just amazing service all around! Thanks Reema!
