Wanted ONE tooth up top done as it hurt.Dentist Did TWO different teeth on bottom?Fast forward two months and the bottom teeth that I didn't book in for are hurting and constantly uncomfortable.TLDR. I'll need two root canals from my new dentist because old one didn't do correct teeth.

I was referred to Dr. Knouse, what a good referral. He and staff made me feel so comfortable and passed no judgment. I was terrified of dentists until now. Thank you again.

My daughter had a Baby tooth break and everywhere I called could not help.Called them at 8:15am and had tooth pulled by 9:50am. She asked if we could go there from now on. Very grateful and impressed with them.

The new location is beautiful inside! My hygienist, Dominic (Dom), was a very friendly, knowledgeable, good at his job, and taught me in a non-judgmental manner. Dr. Zimmer was friendly and quick as always! Thank you Dom, Dr.Zimmer, and the friendly receptionist!

I never thought I'd see the day I wrote a review for a dentist! I am terrified and have had many bad experiences in the past. Dr Zimmer was amazing! I hardly felt a thing and he was kind and gentle.I had to ask if he was really all done with me because I was still bracing for pain which never came! Highly recommend. All the staff and assistants were amazing as well. Will definitely be using him again and will be taking my son to him too!

This is a really late review but I would love to take sometime to share my experiences about the services I got from Dr.Zimmer from 2018-2020.Everytime I have been here had nothing but wonderful experience.I still remember the day in 2018 and woke up with swelling around my mouth which got worst throughout the day to the point couldn’t eat or even open my mouth at all.Tried to get in with so many dentists but nobody would take me in as I was new to Regina .That’s when I got lucky to call Dr.Zimmer’s Office and left him a voicemail around 5 am in the morning on a Saturday .What a great man! returned my call with in an hour and asked me to see him 6:45 am which was before his regular business hours .Since then he was my dentist ,from my regular checkups to taking out my wisdom tooth out ,cavities to fillings .He’s been always very gentle and polite .Also Kudos to his assistant,very pleasant woman to deal with .Front desk girls are friendly as well .I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family .Now that I am not in Regina anymore I will always miss my Dentist office !

Been going to this clinic since I was a baby and have had no problems. Dr knouse and Dr Zimmer are both very good dentists. I take my son to this dentist he is 5 and whenever he is done he asks when he gets to go back. The staff make it fun for him.

Unfortunately. I experienced this clinic about 28 years ago. I recall Deryl being very busy. He filled about 65% of my teeth at a young age. I remember my mom not paying a cent. He always direct billed “insurance” Here I am, with half of my fuc$ing mouth falling apart. I remember him giving me 13 fillings in 3 sittings at the age of 9-10. He tried to give my cousin a root canal on a baby tooth. My Grandpa complained about the man until he passed away. I hope the dentists under his “Brand” are more moral and quality oriented. There’s a long list of hackery, and immoral direction behind this practice. I hope today’s clients can grin and bare it, rather than bare to grin. Shame on you Deryl
