Working out of town from London. Experienced a small leak from my rad that in a couple days grew larger until it was gushing and became too much of a concern to drive home. The good people from Cottam took my car in Friday morning at 8am when they opened, ordered the new rad from Windsor which didn't get to them until 1130am, and had my car completed by 1pm. Amazing service, fair pricing, explained the work to me in detail so I could understand, and saved me a hefty towing or motel bill. Amazing service. Thanks so much Cottam Radiator, and right before a long weekend as well.

So, here's my review..Jim, the owner and operator, must have been raised by an abusive father, because his personality reflects it. His phone manners are terrible, even though he is dealing with potential customers who can also refer other people to him.He won't commit to booked appointment times, even a week or two in advance. He will only provide a tentative date, and he expect you to call him a day before the tentative date, and only then will he tell you if he can take a look at your car. When I tried explaining to him that I have other commitments in my life, and I'm accustomed to booking appointments in advance so I can plan other things around appointments, he said I was argumentative". Then he complained that he had been talking to me

I have been taking my car here the last 3 years, and I must say I am impressed! Not only do they get me in asap, but I know my vehicle is always safe when I leave. I drive a 2011 vehicle that I am not ready to let go of yet- when I take it in for any repairs I know they are done properly and thoroughly . Great, honest people. Jim & Jordan are amazing and Dee always brings a smile at the desk!! This company is our go to company for tires also. Fair prices. Highly recommend!
