Student Works Painting

After coming to my house unannounced at 7pm on a holiday and waking my baby up, I called head office to ask that no employees return to my house as we are NOT interested in having it painted. The call centre lady swore at me under her breath and proceeeded to do nothing, nor did she take my address to ensure there was no return visit. Thanks student works, you suck.

Student Works received a good review from us at first because they wanted the papers all filled out by their last day of work and we missed some things, however after a closer look days after the paint drying we saw a lot of areas where they slopped the paint and left it. A big patch of red paint on the white soffits, and not using the paint we chose left the previous color showing through the new one. They said the paint they chose would only require 2 coats, but the house required a 3rd coat of paint which only part of the house received. We are not happy with Student Works as we feel they didn't honor their guarantee or do the job to our satisfaction. Plus they wanted top dollar and did an amateur job. I regret the good review we gave them on paper, and see a great need for improvement in several areas. Hire these kids and you best really watch carefully their every move. They like to rush through the job and give you the run around if you try to hold them to their warranty. We feel they haven't honored their warranty or done the job well at all.
