I've been working with John for almost 2 years and he's been fantastic! I'd absolutely trust him with any legal matters I may have with RTDRS or small claims.

Contacted John McDonald through the Saskatchewan Law Society, limited scope pilot project. Needed paralegal services. John was knowledgeable, quick to respond and quick to start the work. He provided me with the draft of what he had completed and it looked great. He then advised he would get the rest completed and sent to me within the next few days. I have not heard from him since. Almost 3 weeks later with no response to my emails or phone calls. Completely unprofessional and I have no idea why. This has cost me a huge loss of time in getting my matter filed. Can not recommend him to anyone. Very disappointing.

When I called, Mr. McDonald answered my call personally, and returned my call promptly when he was back in the office. When we spoke he was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. Despite knowing that my issue was outside his scope of work, he still answered the questions I had to in order to assist me in heading in the right direction. I have had to deal with countless legal professionals the past few years, and none as delightful, honest and professional as Mr. McDonald. I can count the number of times someone has been this helpful in the last few years, on one hand. With one finger! And that was Mr. McDonald himself. If you are able to save yourself the heartache and huge expense of using a lawyer, I’d recommend Mr. McDonald without reservation. Thank you Mr. McDonald for your time and courtesy. It will not be forgotten.

John McDonald is the best person to contact for all legal needs, best customer service , excellent knowledge of his field, highly highly recommend.
