Money Mart

I visited this place couple of weeks ago and I was helped by an employee named, Juhi. She is amazing and she went out of her way to make sure I was properly informed. I visited this place many times previous to that visit as well, they are amazing in the customer service. I highly recommend this place for your transactions!

New Installment Loan rates are amazing! This branch has by far the best service in town, very busy so usually I come later in the evening - if there is a wait however it is well worth it!

The new branch manager is very positive and friendly, I did not understand about all the products and services offered so he took some extra time to make sure I understood all the services we have, even mentioned about this new mobile app so now I can cash my checks from anywhere and don't even have to wait in line!

Normally people won't lift a finger to help when something goes wrong. But the staff of this money mart will. They always try their best and go way above and beyond to help people in some of life's most stressful moments. I wouldn't believe how much they care about their customers if I hadn't experienced it for myself today really. Not only were they able to get my situation sorted out, but I also watched as they worked very hard to help another customer with some US funds that seemed to have been sent to the wrong location on her business trip or something like that. Very rare and very refreshing to know that such good people still exist in this world. Thank you.

I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Daniel Rowles, the current Manager of the Colwood MM and formerly of the Oak Bay Junction Location(since closed) & Esquimalt MM. It was Daniel's excellent customer service, expertise, courtesy & professionalism that ensured MM will keep my business permanently. Daniel is a keeper" and a credit to Money Mart. So sad he keeps moving around. CONGRATS MONEY MART"

went here to cash a cheque and load Mastercard.. the guy working tried to rip me off...after i caught his mistake" he then made another ...after i caught that "oops" he made a thirdthe first mistake was my favorite...instead of a discount with the coupon i had he tried to charge extra!! and all his work was done scribbling in paper...be careful people"

All staff are so friendly. I work in customer service and these folks are keepers!

The employee was very polite and friendly and explained to me how much cheaper and less interest the term loan was than the payday loan. I ended up getting a couple thousand within 15 mins at a much better rate! I will be returning and telling all my friends.
