After a completely negative experience with another gunsmith in town I stopped by AC Douglas. I couldn't be happier, the fellow was friendly, helpful, professional, the shop is clean and he does fantastic work. I highly recommend AC Douglas gunsmithing. Craige was super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable regarding my many questions. Quality of work was great and gave me everything I asked for and more. Turn around time was the best I have ever had. Less than three weeks for a chambering and muzzle threading in the middle of hunting season with shipping. Very fair and reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend!

I love this guys work. He is the only one I let work on my guns. Excellent work on putting on muzzle breaks on my 7mm mag and 300 win mag. They look identical. He has put in custom triggers for me too and I have no complaints at all.

Installed a KS Arms stainless blank in my 700sa (as per his recommendation / specifications). It turned out beautifully. He also bedded the action and reworked the trigger. Within 10 shots it was at 1.0 moa with factory ammunition and will only continue to improve. Can't say enough good things! His workmanship is top notch!

Had a rifle re chambered, crowned and butt pad installed, clear concise information on the what work would be done, turn around time was less than a week.Workmanship is flawless at a price that is too cheap. He could have charged more and I would have been just as impressed.

I bought a used Savage model 12 in 22-250 that would not shoot better than 4 inch groups. He was able to find the problem and correct it. The work was done perfectly and now the rifle is a tack driver, easly a .5 moa rifle now. I would recommend his service to anyone and I will return for any future gunsmithing needs I have in the future
