Great spot to enjoy an after dinner drink. Bartenders are fun and helpful. We wanted to go into the Kettel One tasting room even though we didn't have a reservation and they were able to accommodate us. It was a great experience thanks to Riley, our server. We even paid for our adult daughter and her friend to go in after we'd been. They accommodated them too, and they had a great time with Riley as well. We will definitely be back!

That was one of my favourite places to go in Whistler. The Vodka room is a must-go. I went after my skiing, AMAZING. I loved it so much hence decided to go again the next day. The staff is very nice. They have really good portions of food. Good happy hour options.

I highly recommend this if you like vodka and freezing in -20 degrees.Actually you don't really feel the cold. They provide heavy duty white jackets and 4 shots of Vodka. Your only in room for about 20 minutes. The one rule they have is:DON'T LICK THE ICE!!!"OMG almost forgot the staff. No business is successful with out a great staff. And they have a great staff here. Beautiful place to go for a nice romantic dinner. Food was fabulous, service was quick. Drinks are very tasty, 1st place that a bartender pulled off a correct and properly layered New York Sour (See Pic) for me so kudos to that person! Also highly recommend doing the Ice room, so worth the exp and $$.Overall Fantastic night and worth the $$$ spent.*Only knock is, if your going to charge $8 for 3 pcs of bread please make it high quality. Other high end places that I frequent (And not charged for) always has exceptionally tasting fresh bread.

I am so impressed with this place. Just wowed at every opportunity. We came here on a whim to get away from the city and I'm so glad we did.The food was amazing and service was excellent. I wouldn't consider myself a picky eater but I did work in the kitchen and hospitality for almost 10 years. I have a slight lactose sensitivity and they have been extremely accommodating. This dining experience was definitely very experiential. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this restaurant for all diners! Big shout out to the kitchen staff and our server Ronni, she did an absolute stunning job.

My wife and I experienced an amazing dinner on Valentine's evening. There were some great options on the menu, but we opted for the tasting menu and were rewarded with 7 amazing courses. I've added photos of each course since it would take 400 words to describe all of the courses. Everything was delicious, the tuna belly on course two could have come from Tsukiji/Toyosu Market in Tokyo...so good. The black cod with clams and mussels, mmmm! Flavours of Foie Gras, perfectly done rack of lamb, I may need to go back soon. The wine pairings, carefully explained by the two sommeliers on the floor were expertly paired with each course (I've gone to the liquor store to add two of the wines to my cellar). Finishing with the flavours of grapefruit desert, created for the evening was amazing, the citrus flavours being a great flavour to close out the palate and light enough that I could still finish desert :) We'll be back soon!

A lovely restaurant in a great location with fresh food, lovely presentation & uniquely flavorful dishes. The lemon dessert was fantastic! The wine cellar tour downstairs was a nice touch as well. Our server however, Olga I believe, was openly coming onto my long time partner & completely disregarded me...it was awkward to say the least, A definite 1st and last there.

Have the chefs table tasting menu. Seriously, just do it. Trust them. They know what they're doing. Not a single element was out of place or poorly presented. And yes, they have an extensive cellar to meet all tastes and profiles allowing them to pair the food beautifully with wines from around the world. Bring friends, eat, laugh, enjoy this moment to share.

If you're looking for a truly unique and special bar experience in Whistler, look no further than the Ketel One Ice Room at Bearfoot Bistro. This small bar is covered in ice, and the experience starts with an entrance fee that includes the rental of a huge, extra warm jacket to keep you comfortable during your visit.Once you're properly bundled up, it's time to step inside the Ice Room and see what all the fuss is about. The room itself is quite small, with enough space for just a few guests at a time, making the experience feel intimate and exclusive. But what really sets the Ketel One Ice Room apart is the vodka. That's right - the only drink option in the Ice Room is vodka, served up in four shots. It might not be for everyone, but if you're a fan of the spirit or looking to try something new, it's a great opportunity to experience some high-quality, premium vodka in a truly unique setting.Of course, the Ice Room experience wouldn't be complete without a great host to guide you through it all. That's where Riley comes in - he was our host during our visit, and he was an absolute standout. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the vodka and the history of the Ice Room, but he was also hilarious and supportive, making the whole experience that much more memorable. And don't worry about taking photos - Riley is more than happy to snap a few shots of you and your group during your visit. All in all, the Ketel One Ice Room is an experience that's well worth checking out if you're in Whistler. Plan for about 20 minutes to fully enjoy the experience, and be sure to come with an open mind (and a love of vodka).
